Worst online company I have ever dealt with! Placed my order on November 18th and just received it today on a January 31st and the box was damaged! Their site states it can take up to 20 days to arrive where I am, this was supposed to be an xmas present and ended up being way more than 20 days. Their site also states that once the order ships it takes 10 days to get your tracking information. I still haven't received that information but now have the item. I had contacted them several times and just kept getting fed excuses. The first one was that they were swamped with orders and they were hiring more staff and their systems were being updated which was causing a delay in receiving the tracking information but not to worry my package was already on it's way and they'd send the information in a few days. So I let it go a week and still nothing. I Complained again and they responded on December 27th and said that my package was damaged in a tsunami. Most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard especially since the tsunami happened way before I contacted them the first time! They said in the email that not to worry they were sending a replacement and I'd get the updated tracking shortly. At this point I had enough and I demanded a refund or I was reporting them for fraud. Never received a response after that. Then on January 15th I got another email stating my package was shipping out. I will never order from this company ever again! Save your money, it isn't worth the stress or their petty excuses!
