Kosupures

I ordered two pair of Lambo sneakers from them on May 1st. I paid extra for faster shipping. I emailed them about 12 times. They only responded ONCE, on May 26th saying I will have my order next week. That was almost a month ago! STILL NO ORDER!

Although this business charged my credit card, I never received my order (a month later). I contacted them several times via email but they continue to respond that I should receive it in a few days (which I have not). Paypal gave me a tracking number 7 days after I placed the order, which this business never sent me any shipping information. The tracking shows it was delivered after 4 days of ordering it (almost impossible) but it was NEVER delivered to me. And I continue being told by this merchant that it is processing and will be delivered soon. Seems a bit sketchy.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my sons birthday in May. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The shoes never came. Neither has the refund I have requested weekly since I realized they were never going to send me the shoes. It's now August.

On May 13,2020, I ordered Pittsburgh Steelers Custom shoes from Kosupures. I received acknowledgment of the purchase and an order number. The receipt said that my order was on hold until payment was confirmed. I received no other information (confirmation, tracking, etc) from Kosupures to let me know my order had been shipped. On May 29th, I sent a message to Kosupures informing them that I had not received a tracking number or any word that my product was being shipped and to give me an estimate on when I could expect my product. Kosupures replied on May 30, letting me know that my order was being "processed" and shipping was delayed. On June 5th, I sent another email asking for an ETA on my product. I received no answer. On June 24th, I sent another email and received no reply. On July 6th I decided to dispute this charge because I have not received my product nor have I received an acknowledgment of my emails to this company. Kosupures informed Paypal that the product was shipped out and received on May 18th. The tracking number indicates that it was received by someone with someone else's last name. I have automatic notification when UPS packages are coming and when they have been delivered and I know for a fact that someone is ALWAYS home to receive packages. If the package was delivered on May 18th, why didn't they inform me of it on May 30th, June 5 and June 24th when I repeatedly contacted them instead of telling me that processing and shipping time was slow. I will NEVER do business again with this company and you shouldn't either if you don't want to get ripped off!

The PayPal refund process is drawn out and the fake company will try everything to get your claim denied. I filed with the better business bureau and a refund was issued.

I ordered a pair of black yeezys stranger things tennis shoes on May 14th for my grandson they took the money on the 18th and have refused to deliver this product I have 6 Emails I sent to them only to LIE to me by telling me to just give them a few more days it's been 45 I had to involve PayPal and my bank for fraud against this company. It's a horrible thing to do to a 13 yr old young man who was really looking forward to getting these for his birthday! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
