Kraft Auction Service

I won two lots (one lot of action figures and one lot of vintage stickers) from Kraft Auction Service. Kraft Auction Service lost one of the lots (action figures) and offered no compensation for their error. Additionally, they charged me $17.10 to send the small lot of vintage stickers. I addressed my concerns regarding the lost items and the excessive shipping charges. The man I spoke with showed a lack of compassion, and was very short with me, very dismissive.

I was able to obtain documents from Kraft Auction services commiting fake trades so to bring the cost up. They even maxed out people maximum trade such as my pressure washer. I was it for $55 either a maximums of $225. John Kraft, the owner, saw my max amount and put in a fake trade (shill bid) for $190 to increase the amount of my wining price by 4 times. He has been reported to the Attorney General and is currently under investigation for fraud. Just so you know, I found out this is routine and was done on every auction Kraft Auctions did.

Kraft auction sold me nothing but rusted junk, junk that should or gone to the junk yard. They don't care what consignment they sell,it's Buyer Beware, your lost and their gain. I won't buy from kraft auction again.

They list things in multiples like 4 boxes and say x4 so you think you are getting 4 in the picture / lot. It said bidding x1 which can come off as 1 bid for the lot or 1 bid per item in the lot. Very shady and deceitful. I personally thought I got a decent deal on a few lots. When in fact I payed well of retail for my items. They said I was the only one and no problems ever before. I know other people personally now that have had the same problem and when I called they were quick with a response like it was scripted or they have said it many times. Will not use Kraft again.

Participated in an auction on Hibid by KRAFT AUCTIONEERS AND WON AN ITEM THEN TO FIND OUT that in fact I had not. I told them that it said congratulations u won on hibid and their answer to me was " You could've used a different platform!" Terrible service. Will never buy from them again.

I am a federal firearms license holder, a guy had me transfer a gun he won in auction from Kraftauctions through Liveauctioneers.com. Kraftauctions sent me the wrong gun. I call them and was told to ship it back & they will pay me! I sent them the receipt & they didn't even acknowledge receiving it. No reimbursement, ripped off!
