They are cheating customer saying we will provide semi stitch cloth but i only received just unstitched cloth. When i asked for return they told me you have to send the product by your own risk and we wont give refund, only after receiving your product we can exchange. I mean completely fooling customers. How can i trust them and send my product worth Rs 2500 and expect a exchange from them.

I'm disappointed with the dress. I ordered RED color dress and I got dress in maroon color. Quality is really bad and looks very cheap. When I expressed the same with customer service, they literally told that they can't to anything. Customer service is disaster and they are not user friendly. I'm really disappointed.

Ordered lehenga with stitching and paid for it. They said stitching not available. I said then I don't need and asked for refund which they said no refund only store credit. It was their problem that they did not have what I had paid for. Two months now and no refund such a pain. Don't get carried away by other reviews from which I ordered. Those should be scam.

Poor quality. No refund. Can exchange but not sure whether we would get the product or not. I think they send good quality products to the YouTubers and when we see their videos, we believe them and end up buying, where we get low quality fabrics and finally get cheated.

They seem to be doing a lot of marketing and paid reviews to build their brand name. But I would advise to manage expectations. If you think you will get a product that is exactly as you see on their website, you will be sorely disappointed. I had ordered a saree, which looked super elegant in the pictures but what I got was a cheap looking knock off with bad material and very bad finishing. Felt like returning it but their returns aren't simple and I just didn't feel like going through that headache.

If you think that their prices are too good to be true, that's because they are. The positive reviews on YouTube and Google swayed me but I am pretty sure they are paid reviews. So I would advise to think twice before buying from their website.

I ordered two dresses worth 4 k. Cloth materials are worst, cheapest. N return process is not available. Exchange process is very difficult. In short I will request everyone to never try this app

First, they sent me the wrong order and asked me to courier the package at my own cost. I sent the package the next day itself and they received it within 3 days. But, I still haven't received my original order yet. They are not responsive to the emails and no one even pickups the phone. Worst experience ever. I don't recommend it at all.

I paurchesed 4 sarees. But their quality is very worst. I didn't believe it. They will display different product and we will get different products. It is not recommended to go for kreeva.com. It is my experience with this.

Highly recommended to all... They go beyond what they say just to satisfy the customer needs which is incredibly appreciate... I have order 2 dresses and will order more... Now I will be a regular customer... Just a suggestion that you should keep little bigger size clothes...

They quality of the cloth is absolutely disgusting and the worst part is their is not return from their end. Their RUDE customer service representative asked me to send the courier to them and I have to bear the shipping cost. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered 5K lehanga they send me wrong product with worst quality then they said return their product by India post. I return the order by India post after delivered the product they refuse to give my money back.

I ordered a salwar suit from Kreeva. I am really surprised by its design and quality. The colour remained as it is even after the wash. I would highly recommend it to every woman.

Bahut hi vahiyat hai ₹2000 ka dikha ke ₹200 ka bhi nahi diya... dikhate kya hai dete kya... customers ka chutiya bana rahe... Upar se vapas khud lene ki policy hi nahi hai. Speed post karo uske baad 10/15 din pagal banayange. Aur fir. Ek no. Ki vahiyat chiz bhej di... Fraud bhare hai

Last month I bought a designer salwar kameez from Kreeva. It is amazing and truly a beautiful wear. The quality was just as they promised. It totally lived up to my expectations. Thank you Kreeva.
