I've been shopping with Krush Kandy Boutique for atleast 3 years this is an awesome small family business that works very hard to make sure all orders are correct & handled with care. They sell clothing, shoes, purses, beautiful jewelry of all prices ranges and lots of 1 of a kind pieces and lots more. I highly recommend checking this boutique out!

I've been a customer for over 3 years, love the company, the owner, the clothes, the jewelry, the fast shipping, the excellente customer service, and just the all around good vibes! You won't regret shopping here and it's like they say "I bet you can't eat only one" now it's " I bet you won't buy only one" lol. I definitely recommend Krush Kandy to all my friends and family. They get so excited when I gift them something and state I got it at Krush Kandy.

Ordered a blouse from their site. Didn't arrive for close to a month and after multiple attempts to get information from them. They apologized for the mistake and then did nothing to fix the mistake. Just another bs Facebook scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. See BBB reviews before buying from them. Take a look at the photos below. What The Actual F&$#! They did NOTHING to rectify the situation.

I have been shopping here for years and will not shop really anywhere else! The owner has personally reached out a couple of times to make sure my issues got fixed. They have great quality and hands down the best customer service! In regards to the review left about her being rich because she had a farm is extremely tacky and really this person clearly hasn't been following Kristyn long enough to know how trustworthy she is and how hard she works to make everything right! I recommend this boutique!

I'm writing another review because I've been with this company for a couple months now. I can't Express enough how great there product is... The Jewelry is Absolutely Beautiful. You will not be disappointed. They also sell other items of clothing, shoes, wigs and more. I highly recommend them. I'll post so pics.

I placed an order early December of 2023 and I am still trying to get my purchase resolved. There is no communication from them unless I reach out. They ignore and refuse to take responsibility even when I reported them to the BBB and I am still out my money they took from me back in December because they only issue you a credit to their boutique to which I tried ordering another item on February 8th that I have yet to receive. Pictured are the email communication and you can see that there are no status updates unless I reach out first. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered with a "small" business

I ordered a jacket on the 22nd and tried to reach out after it never shipped. The 5th somebody finally emailed me back and said it would take 5-7 business days. I stated if that's the case why still nothing. She's like oh they are behind but it's here today and should be sent out today. I wanted this jacket for vacation. It's now the 13th and still has not been shipped. I'm super depressed and nobody is answering me. I want a refund and don't want the jacket at this point.

I absolutely love this boutique her jewelry is stunning! I have an addiction to say the least not only is her jewelry amazing she always provides the cutest on trend styles at a great price point! Not to mention if there are any issues with an order she always makes it right for me in a timely fashion

I've shopped with numerous boutiques and know that you only can return non sale items for store credit. Okay, so I wanted to return a non sale item i purchased from them for store credit. They refused the return stating it was a pre-order. Pre-order? Umm no. No where does/did it say pre-order. No where does/did it say final sale. In fact it was the last item in stock when I purchased. Definitely better boutiques to shop with when they don't honor their policies.

I have shopped with KKB for well over a year now and have nothing but great things to say about their great customer service and the quality of their jewelry and clothing. Kristyn is so sweet and I really enjoy her lives. I highly recommend this boutique!

I have had a couple of problems with KKB. But last night I did state my concern about repeating a new policy. Once is enough or u can send out a text or email to your customers. Customers want to shop and sometimes their time is limited. The owner seems to go off on tangents and complain about all kinds of things and rambles on and on. She repeats things and complaining really gets to me. Some customers only watch the replay because they can skip the nonsense, I honestly think a few minutes of chitchat is enough, unless u just come on for that or explain new polices, I have used them for 2 years and if there is a problem instead of saying let's talk about this latter or I'm sorry u feel this way, she says that it's time to move on. It's very hard to say how you are feeling basically by texting other than she knew there is a problem. She doesn't want to deal with problems, Who does but I don't
Want unhappy customers especially ones that are regulars and paying their bills. There do have nice products especially the jewelry but I've decided "to move" on. I have really never giving a negative review but I guess there is always a first time.

I've interacted with a lot of boutiques over the past several years and Krush Kandy is top notch. Not only do I love the brands they carry, their customer service is exceptional. They are quick to respond to questions and issues but they are also extremely accommodating and generous. I had ordered multiple items, some clothing and some non-clothing but the pair of jeans just weren't good on me. I think every boutique I've ordered from have had the same return policies and it can be frustrating for newcomers but Krush Kandy went above and beyond to make sure I still received my original discount and was happy with my experience.

I placed an order back in March and still have not received my order. I've reached out to them multiple times and they will not respond. The got my money, I got left on read.

I received the wrong ring weeks ago and have yet to receive a response as to how to return or exchange for the ring that I ordered. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I have been buying from this boutique for 3 years now. I have tried many boutiques and now only buy from KKB and one other boutique. Everything has been amazing quality! Even the mystery bags have been awesome! I have shared some issues with them and received an email almost right away. They are so positive and friendly! Everyone that works for them works hard and Kristyn is so down-to-earth! You won't be sorry buying from them!

I've watched a few boutiques and none compare to KKB. Kristyn is so personable, live shows are the best, great quality with clothes, shoes and jewelry. Great prices and fast delivery. Best turquoise jewelry.

I ordered a sterling silver bracelet from them and didn't receive. Sent an email and no contact. Do not order from them, they take your money and don't provide product.

I placed my order two weeks ago! The money was taken out of my bank and I have still yet to see that my order was shipped.
Tomorrow, I plan on going to my bank to reverse the charges and claim fraudulent activity!
I'm so not happy and I'm wondering if this is a legit company!

Customer service for Krush Kandy boutique was phenomenal. I had a few hiccups along the way, but everyone I spoke to was so kind and sweet even when I was a bit frustrated. Overall, my experience with Krush Kandy was amazing, and I will be purchasing from them again. Highly recommend.

Ordered a ring on March 22. The description said 4-5 weeks. It is just a few days shy of 90 days and still no ring. KKB keeps stringing me along, acting like they are unable to get an update from their jeweler. I was told "it's on the way", but in the meantime, a "credit could be issued so that I could pick out something different I liked." Umm... no. Not only do I ever want to pick out something else, but I just want a refund, which they are refusing. No wonder her business is failing. Super shady! Buyer beware of her unethical business decisions!

I just want to say I know that KKB has had their growing pains as a small business. I originally started shopping back in 2018, I ordered a sweater and they found a defect and could no longer order anymore from the vendor. Kristyn took time out of her day and called me herself to apologize. From that moment on I have been a customer. They have treated me very fairly and have ALWAYS been kind. I imagine having a very small team and managing THOUSANDS of orders is no easy task. They have always provided me with very fair resolutions to any issue I have ever had. I know that I've seen a few frustrations with preorders that take 4-6 weeks, but the quality is amazing, and having custom made high volume quality pieces so take time. Kkb has always always in the now 5 years I've been shopping treated me kindly like a valued customer and member of their community. No business is perfect and they all have their growing pains. I am and will remain a very loyal KKB customer.
