I have liked K-Swiss shoes my whole life. I am 64. I only wear these inside on a wooden floor for Pickleball. Never had the side sole blow-out well before the bottom sole was even showing wear. A construction defect? The KS customer service said only one high end shoe had a warranty. But, how about a manufacturing defect?

As a first time customer, I never imagined that this company wouldn't exchange shoe that didn't fit me. The customer service was rude and "unable" to help me. Even at a manager level. RUN from this company - don't trust them to provide you quality service. Shop elsewhere.

K-Swiss has basically been abandoned by its Chinese corporate owner, Xtep. New designs are few and far between and the quality is now inconsistent (to be kind). Perhaps K-Swiss still means something in China and they are milking the brand for all its worth in their domestic market. However, in terms of the rest of the world, unfortunately, the K-Swiss brand is quickly dying. Sad.

I am shocked at how poor this company are and the lack of customer care. I ordered products from K Swiss UK and have been trying to send them back since 30th August, 2023. It is now October 25th and still no one will contact me with the appropriate customs paperwork. The returns submission process online does not work and gives me an error each time. There is no phone number for the European offices and when I call their California head office (5 times now), I am told they cannot help as it's out of their jurisdiction. All they tell me is that they can write another email to the their European counterparts. I never hear anything and am left wondering where this will lead to. Do I get legal advice? I am not sure what else to do.

Whatever you do, do not order any products online from the UK website!

I ordered two pairs of tube sneakers on March 8,2004. I tried to email them it fails there's no phone number to call. My order number is 5791. I want to know where my sneakers are that I paid for two pairs of rainbow tubes.

I paid 25.00 to have 2 items I bought by the to be delivered in the days got a notice they would be delivered May 29, perfect. May 29 comes and goes inthen get a message my 2 items would be here June 4. Im pissed I paid for 2 day deliver. When I tried to file a complaint the menu doesn't work, the drop menu so you can't file a complaint, I go to the website and write what happened. I was kicked off my post erased and told by the person to go to the complaint dept. No told him/her it didn't work blocked me and basically f off. I then get an email from customer service saying I didn't meet the deadline, I said what deadline he sends me their shipping rules. When I ordered and they took my monetpy saying two days we had a contract, they will not respond they are totally out of line and I'm still with out 154.00 bucks or my items. Bully big corporations and a bunch of lowlife liars. Don't put stock in anything they say if they will lie to a customer of 25 bucks imagine if it was 400, take vasaline in that case you are screwed. Ignore legitimate complaints and blow people off. F you too KSwiss. You will get your cheap crap back promise.

Tip for consumers:
Don't be sucked in to get your $#*! faster wont happen and they gives two shots less. You will be getting you ch e ap $#*! $#*! back KSwiss. I hate companies t h at dont know customer service or think t hey are too big to treat people right and can do anything they want and F the public the dont care one bit. If they ee willing to steal and lie over 25 bucks can you imagine of it was 400, take Vaseline you gonna get screwed ! Scumbag lowlife $#*!s.

I have worn ONLY K-swiss brand for almost 30 years. I have never had a bad experience with the shoes or the company!

I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!

I have to say for the product itself I love K-Swiss own many pairs, but I had an issue with customer service I can't seem to shake off... I bought some shoes and 2 pairs were left out of the box I received one pair of the 3 I bought and customer service had me back and forth sending 56 email messages when all they had to do was refund the ones missing or replace them (simple right!) well you would think so I have write corporate and Afterpay the platform I purchased them on- ridiculous especially when they about lost a customer over this mishap on their end. They were stating in between the lines that I was lying why first off would I lie and say I didnt' get something and I did, and 2nd why when I have over 79 pairs of K-Swiss shoes being a loyal customer you give me crap when you know I am going to purchase more... I was like WOW they treat customers like this it's really out of control and very unprofessional -- long story short never will they get 5 stars in my book because the customer service department needed to be terminated and was bull what they put me through -- gave me headaches. As of now I have not purchased anymore K-Swiss shoes as of this review.
