Bad Experience - I placed an order with this company, they charged my credit card, and I never received any further information from them. They have a phone number that only goes to a recording. The only way to contact them is through email. I sent emails requesting the status on the order or shipping information. Over fourteen days, I never received one response.

I then contacted PayPal and the BBB. Finally, I received a response from the company, but it wasn't good. I received shocking nasty emails. I was called an impatient liar and a thief, that they were going to press charges against me for retail theft. What the heck? I went from no response to hateful responses. They said that they had mailed the package seven days ago, but I never received a package. When I inquired about tracking information, I was ignored again and again. They couldn't even tell me who the carrier was. This tells me that there really was no package.

As a consumer, I have done nothing wrong but request information on the status of my order. After two weeks with no response, I contacted the BBB and PayPal. Wouldn't you?

Now, everything is resolved, the order is canceled, and my money was returned through PayPal. All I can say is, buyer beware - check your websites carefully before you shop.

I've placed several orders with Kushtush and never had a problem. BEAUTIFUL sheets and comforters delivered in good time. Emails back and forth were friendly. No problems, and their pricing is good for organic bedding.
