This website does not show a business address which became a legal requirement for all websites from January 2007. There is no phone number. When I contacted them via the 'Contact Us' function they provided a mobile number. They only responded to one email out of about five. If they are VAT registered it is also a legal requirement to provide there VAT number on the site - it isn't shown! Common advice on the web is not to deal with online ticket agencies where they do not provide an address or telephone number as they might be a fake website. The website was unavailable last night and today so may have been shut down.

I purchased 2 tickets on monday for the kylie concert next year, i accidentally submitted the form twice and ended up ordering two lots. I was sent an e-mail from them asking me to contact the acounts dept asap. I spoke to a man who told me only 1 payment would be processed that evening. I checked my bank and no money was deducted, i checked again on the tuesday and the wednesday and still nothing removed. I rang the mobile number numerous times on wednesday and no-one picked up. I tried e-mailing and the e-mail continuously bounced back.
I have since cancelled my credit card so stop any payments being removed from my card by this company. I must have been one of the lucky ones who hasnt been charged. I have since managed to secure tickets from a more reputatble company and will still be able to attend the concert next year, but people like that who pray on people like this should be sent to jail.
We purchased tickets on Sunday evening, paid 200 for two tickets but had no email confirmation and no response to our email. The site has disappeared. Is this legitimate. Shall be so upset if it is I had saved to take my daughter to this concert. Would be grateful for any replies
