Ordered Scrooge shirts and mask plus more Xmas masks in November2020 and just received on Feb 1 2021. The quality is what you would expect from an unknown trendy site, not great but wearable. No refunds even when they are incorrect or slow. Save your money!

I ordered a sweatshirt on December 11, just received it yesterday December 29th. I'm totally disappointed with my purchase, it was not sweat shirt material cheap nylon fabric and the wrong color. Workmanship on the garment was awful! Stitching (sewing) on garment was terrible puckering every wear. I will never ever order from this company again...

I order a sweat shirt from from this company and, they sent me the wrong item. When I e- mailed them and told them it was incorrect they said they would send the correct item which I never got. It took them 2 month to send the incorrect one which was suppose to be worn for Christmas. Please please do not order from this website.

I ordered from Kylielike around the end of November for some Christmas items. They did not arrive until after Christmas so that was a big disappointment. USPS had BIG problems this year so I'm not sure I can blame Kylielike. The jewelry was pretty cheap looking but it was okay for my little ones. I ordered two grinch/covid themed shirts. They are really cute, comfortable, light weight sweatshirt style. I wear a US size 12 top so I ordered a large. It is a little too big. Would have been fun to wear before Christmas not so much now. Overall fun, inexpensive and trendy. I would order again but only if I don't want things for a specific date.

I ordered a sweater and mask on NOVEMBER 23 and it is now December 24 and still no package. They keep telling me it's coming but it is clearly not. I did not get to wear my things at work or anywhere during this holiday season. Don't waste your money. You won't get it back, nor will you get your package.

I purchased what looked like a good quality 'Grinch sweater'.
They said when I ordered it that it would be delivered by Christmas, it was getting close to Christmas and I emailed them, they said that it may - note may arrive in the NEXT 10 days! It look 2 months and arrived on the 4th January 2021 - it was thin, poor quality and looked like a childrens sweater, NOTHING like the picture.
Customer service will not do anything to help.
IT IS SUCH a scam. PLEEEASE stay clear.

This place is a JOKE! Do not buy from them. They are an overseas company. They sent me the WRONG shirt then refused to refund me. They wouldn't send me a paid return label and only offered a % of what I paid back. This was their error and now mine and now I paid for a sweatshirt that I didn't order or want. The products are not great either. Buyer beware! This company is a scam. DO NOT give them your business.

Ordered sweater on Dec 16. They have created the label but still haven't taken it to be shipped (Dec 29). I'm not ordering anything online that doesn't have a phone number for customer support.

I ordered a Christmas sweater on 12/5/20 and after about a week or more never received a shipping confirmation so, I emailed the company to see what the status of my order was... no reply. A few days later sent another email, same thing... no reply, wth? I don't understand, it's now been 13 days since I ordered this shirt and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation, are you truly so busy you can't even ship a package within 13 days?!? I will not receive this shirt in time for the reason it was ordered, I extremely disappointed in this entire process and I will never order from these people again and I suggest you do the same if you value your hard earned money and any kind of customer service at all!

During the week of Thanksgiving 2020, I ordered three items. I sent frequent emails requesting for shipping updates and received a response for each email. Each email reply ranged from a delay in inventory, order out for delivery, to all items were shipped, which included a USPS tracking number -USPS's website could not verify(?). It was after Xmas when I received my order - too late. The sweatshirt was crap material - Very Flimsy. It's more like a pajama top. But it's not flannel... it's a stretchy material. Based on an email reply, all items were shipped together, however, not true; I received one of the three items. I requested a refund or shipping status for the other items. I am happy to say I received an immediate refund and a 12% discount on future orders.

Do not order anything from this Chinese scam company. You will never receive your order or a refund. Beware!

Kylielike does NOT show on its website when an item is out-of-stock and they allow you to purchase it knowing it is out-of-stock without providing you any delay Notice per their processing policy of any delays over 6-9 business days. When asked about it by email on business day 11, I got excuses for why it would take well over a month for my item to be delivered (est. 1/5). When I asked if they would upgrade the shipping so it would still arrive on time (i. E. Christmas - ordered 11/30), I got an email on 12/17 says they were issuing a refund. A refund I never requested. I wanted my item within their stated policy processing and shipping range and when I pointed out they were not adhering to their own stated polices on their website, without another word, I received a refund email. I then wrote a review on the Kylielike website about my experience with a 1 star rating and submitted it, and Kylielike never posted it. I then noticed that Kylielike doesn't post any negative reviews on any of their products on their website. Not one product has a 1 or 2 star rating. Buyer Beware.

I placed my order on 11/29 for Christmas delivery, on 12/12 I received an update saying the order was processing. On 12/23 after receiving no tracking I emailed customer service asking when my package would ship. I received a response, all it said was "you can track it" with a tracking number that shipped that day 12/23. When my order arrived they shipped double of the same item, so my order was wrong. It clearly is not worth my time correcting the order, do I really want to wait another month. Will never do business with them, I am giving you a warning... Don't order from them. Wish I had looked at these reviews.

These folks are thieves. They took my money and then i never received what i purchased. Customer service is awful. I purchased items on 11/09 - on 12/9 i contacted them because my items were not here and the "tracking" number they provided did not work. They responded that it was shipped. Waited two more weeks, again told them it wasn't here. They again responded that the items were shipped. I waited TWO MORE WEEKS. Same answer. It's now been two months since i purchased - they now say it was successfully delivered, but i still have no package and nothing to show for the money i spend. BTW - this company is China - although you don't know that until you get a purchase receipt that is half in Chinese.

Yes buyer beware. I ordered a shirt and a couple mask the beginning of December. Here we are couple days before Christmas and still no shirt or mask. Please Please don't purchase from this company.

I was sent the wrong item! AND it was damaged!

They refused to give me 100% refund. It took over a month to get here. I think this is the business plan - they show a cute shirt, you order, they send you something entirely different, and then tell you they won't refund. To top all of that off - the items are terrible quality. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE - DON'T ORDER! (items from China - wasn't aware of this until they told me I could mail the items back at my expense for a full refund)

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. It is the worst ever! I placed my order of 3 items (2 Christmas themed) in early November. Several weeks later my items hadn't even been shipped so I contacted the company to inquire about it. It was only then that I received a response that one of my items was no longer available. Since it was nearing Christmas and I wanted to be able to wear the 2 still available Christmas items in time, I asked if I could just cancel my order altogether. They wouldn't agree to that and had me pick a replacement for the unavailable item. I had 2 emails with the rep stressing the importance of receiving my shipment in time for Christmas, which they assured would happen. Two weeks later my items still hadn't been shipped so I contacted PayPal. They notified Kylielike and "coincidentally" claimed my order was being shipped THAT day. They even sent me a shipment link. Of course the link was fake and when I tried to click on it there was nothing there. About 4 days later I received another shipment notice and that one seemed to be legit. Needless to say I ordered a Christmas face mask, Christmas earrings, and a sweatshirt around the first week of November. I received the sweatshirt and Christmas mask on December 31st. I contacted PayPal about the missing earrings and their only advice was to make a police report. Obviously I didn't do that over a pair of earrings. So that was my horrible experience with them so I wouldn't advise anyone to shop from this company. They are the worst!

The item I was supposed to receive was wrong - ordered a tunic length Hallmark Christmas top and received an ironed on Grinch waist length top... no refund or replacement as there was no replies to my requests.

I placed an order totaling $107.00 early December some cute items for my daughter for Christmas. I know standard free delieveries would take longer but over 1 month was ridiculous especially since I did other online orders and received my standard delieveries before Christmas. However, after finally receiving my order it was incomplete - the main items ordered were not received. I have communicated this several times and have not received NOT one response nor a refund of close to $50. In addition, I used a credit card I rarely use to make purchases and today I received a fraud alert from my credit card company because someone is using my credit card number - I rarely purchase online and this is why. I blame this company because my 2 other purchases were from more reputable online company.
