We ordered a prom dress. When it arrived it was very very cheaply made and nothing like the picture on the website. The lace was basically glued on and it came apart very easily. Sequins dropped right off the first time she tried it on. I tried to complain and return it but they replied "We are sorry but you got a bargain anyway. I hope you like the dress." I tried demanding a refund but they just ignore me. Do not buy from this company!

I liked the website design. The layout is cool.

I ordered a prom dress that showed up and was cheaply made, details of the dress were different than item pictured. They won't give a refund, even though within their time frame. They will give a discount on next order, but there won't be any more orders. Stay away. Measurements and pictures are not accurate and no way to return when unhappy.

I've just bought a wedding dress from these guys. Came two weeks late and where extra fees when paying for it. It is tacky. I kinda of expected it to be but it was worse then my expectations. Its poorly made, packed and the material is bad quality.

Ordered 2 ball dresses. Cant believe the quality with that kind of price when it arrived at my doorstep. Exactky the same dresses that i ordered online... good quality. Would highly recommend people to order from them.

I will never in a million years ever buy a prom dress online! LaBeautes would show a dress on there website one way and it gets delievered to your house looking completely different. When my prom dress got to my house I wanted to cry. It didn't even fit it look completely wrong and when I emailed them they said they couldn't return the dress for personal reason. Why kind of bs is that? I had saved money for this prom dress for it to come in looking like complete crap. I had to go out and buy anther dress for prom that I don't even love. But I will get my money back for this dress.

We purchased a dress for my daughters prom. When we received the dress it looked very cheap and it didn't fit. The hip measurements are off by 6". I've tried to call the number from the order and haven't gotten an answer yet. We've sent emails and received instructions on how to file a complaint. However when you click the link on the site to make the complaint the link doesn't pull up. So we have yet been able to file the complaint to get the dress replaced or refunded. So frustrated!

This is the worst company. Do not order dresses from them. They are cheaply made and if it does not fit, forget about sending it back to China! I have been waiting since April to get a refund. On top of it they charge a restocking fee, and you pay for shipping, so maybe, just maybe, I'll get half my money back!

We received my daughter's dress today and she's thrilled with it. Way too long but otherwise beautiful! Thanks!

The important party is around the corner, I have to rush an order. Then how to find a suitable plus size prom dress in so urgency? I consult millions of local shops, some have no suitable style, some have no perfect plus size, if I alter the dress, it will take at least 15 working days. I am afraid to have no opportunity to attend my pageant. Obviously, it is my day today, I encounter a dreamy prom dress on website,

Oh, it is fabulous, I immediately contact the service department, and get a wonderful answer, not only it can arrive in time, but it can be tailor made, that means I can get my dreamy homecoming dress in my plus size. The most important, I am able to get it in time, there is no risk of missing my pageant. Good news!
However, they also advise me to check my measurements and choose the correct size, according to their experiences many customers ignore all the measurements tips and size chart shown on the website, so they get the dresses which do not fit. Therefore if I chose incorrect size there is no way I can get perfect dress in time, alternation will take even more time? My mother helps to get my measurements, 8 working later, I get my dreamy dress and it fits excellently, thank you!

I ordered my Junior Prom dress from this website last year and the dress was beyond what I had imagined. Although the color wasn't exactly what I wanted, the dress is still absolutely beautiful and no one else had the same dress as me. I just ordered my Senior Prom dress from this website and I am anticipating its arrival.

The only small complaint I would have for this website is that it does't allow for you to see the dress in your desired color. You just have to go with your gut and hope that your dress arrives the way you wanted it to. Otherwise, I think this is a legitimate website!

My daughter paid extra to have some particular measurements for the prom dress she bought and had to pay 25% of the cost of the dress to have it altered to fit her locally. The company refuses to acknowledge that they charged her for something they did not deliver on. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND ARE BLATENTLY DISHONEST!

THEY ARE IN CHINA. Ordered a blue dress, they shipped a purple one and refused to refund my money. STAY AWAY.

Ordered my prom dress on this site and I absolutely love it! Everything I expected. It even arrived earlier than expected. I'll definitely be visiting this site again.

I was a little weary after I made my purchase for 2 prom dresses and got a phone call from paypal the next day BUT. I ordered my dresses for my daughters on April 13th and they arrived today April 29th as beautiful as they looked online! I have to say that this site it NOT a scam and the dresses are just as they say they are!
