I bought three wigs because they were having a deal and I got a confirmation email saying they were on their way to me on December 9,2020 but I did not receive them until January 2,2021 even though their website says delivery is 7 to 12 days. The three wigs that I bought don't even look like the pictures that were on the website. Two of the wigs look so similar to each other yet so far from the picture that I can't even tell which wig is supposed to be what picture. I then called the customer service number that they have at the bottom of their website and I don't even think it's their number and it doesn't work and I checked all their social media that they have posted at the bottom of their website but none of them have accounts. If you click on their Facebook it just takes you to the website Facebook. If you click on Instagram it just takes you to the app of Instagram. I emailed them but I doubt I'm gonna get a response.
I placed my order early January of this year. I never received the wigs. I reached out to let them know about it. They provided me with a fake tracking number that stated my order was delivered. I have been back and forth with the company to get this resolved. The are only offering me a small portion of what i spent. This service was totally unacceptable. Please ladies do not buy from this company. This appears to be a scam. I only gave one star because it was required
