I bought this boutique for the first time and received a defective item. They were quick and efficient to solve the problem and, honestly, I couldn't be happier with the Customer Service, which helped me. If you are thinking of buying from this company, think twice before you do. Recently bought a pair of shoes for my partner for our holiday in Thailand, They fell apart on the second day & could have caused injury. Couldn't carry Them around for 2 weeks so took a couple of photos & threw them away. La Heroina not interested at all. They say you have a 15 day window, from Delivery date, to return or exchange an item, no mention of any quality guarantee At all. So, if you order & have a problem, don't expect any help from La Heroina.

Buy a pair of pants, They are very comfortable and elastic, the bottom fits well, perfect for yoga, pilates or walking around the house. I gave them to my sister who has had several similarities and they say she feels and works very well.

I went in to take a look at gowns for my wedding reception and I am immediately greeted with warm and welcoming staff who are so happy to help. I've been to a few shops on Ealing Road and have been palmed off by staff who don't know what customer service is, even if it hit them in the face. With the help and advice from staff I purchased a gown which is stunning. All round winner! Can't go wrong! Very pleased and happy & definitely recommend it!
