One of the most fraudulent websites there is. They sent me a bootleg version of the dress I ordered in horrible material. They told me to resell the dress instead because I was not entitled to a return even though I request it 1 day after it was delivered. The website states there is a 14 day return. DO NOT PURCHASE TRUST ME!

The two dresses I ordered are way bigger than the picture and don't fit my daughter. They allow no returns for wrong sizing. Better to order from a place that allows you to get better costumer service with their business. They have a Bad business plan.

I ordered 2 brides maid dresses and one came 2 months later. The body suit was like a size 6 x and the skirt was for an adult size 10 … crazy the other wasn't even the color I chose. Not to mention they charged my card for 3 and I got 2. No way to ever return them. I sent soooo many emails with no response. And was charged 350$ for the 2 brides maid dresses that never came. I had to finally dispute my transaction with the bank. Buyer beware. There are so many more reputable sites out there. Don't let this destroy a happy memory.

Don't order from here. They wouldn't return my dress when it was way too large citing it was my fault. Never have I not been able to return something from an online site. Don't waste your money
I would give 0 stars! I ordered my wedding dress from lalamira when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture, the dress came with a ton of glitter on it and the sizing was even worse! I filed a complaint but the manufacturer, who you cannot physically speak with, emailed me back saying the dress was "adequate" and they would not refund my money. I even found out they "re-use" other website reviews for that dress. They told me to try and sell it, but who would buy this mess of a dress. They really don't care about customer satisfaction or quality for that matter. I was then told "my understanding would be appreciated". I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability after spending all that money. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a thing from this company!

Horrible! I bought my here and gave them my exact measurements. The dress came in, everyone was a little socked because it did not look the same as the picture but I still tried it on and when I did... I just cried. You could fit 2 of me in this dress. I purchased a party dress for my granddaughter from LalaMira, and it was a fantastic choice. The dress was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable for her. The swift delivery and eco-conscious packaging were a pleasant surprise.
I ended up purchasing the dress. Something didn't feel right so I decided to do my research AFTER my purchase (BAD IDEA). Once I researched, I didn't have a good feeling AT ALL about my purchase therefore I requested a refund. So I purchased on 09-10-2020 and requested a refund on 09-14-2020. Well they stated they would give me a partial refund. I was cool with that because it was my fault for not doing my research on this product and service before hand. MIND YOU I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A DRESS AND NEITHER HAS THERE BEEN ANY UPDATES IN THEIR SYSTEM STATING THAT THEY HAVE STARTED ON THE DRESS. It just stated "payment received and payment verified." I get a notification on 09-16-2020(today) that I received a refund from the company of 29.00! I payed them 149.00! 119.00 for the dress and 29.00 for expedited shipping. You mean to tell me in four days of my purchase, you can only return the shipping cost. COMPLETE SHAM. So imagine someone who patiently waits on their product. AND IT'S WRONG. YOU GET NOTHING. This is ridiculous and why sore's this company still have a site!

There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

It fit really well overall and was beautiful, the sleeves are a little bit big but nothing a small sewing fix can't solve. Overall very satisfied with my dress!
Please be aware ladies! This company uses photos of other designers & place them on their website. The product that you receive will be a completely different dress. I ordered an Ivory dress that had nude sheer sides. The dress i received was white as snow with no nude sheer siding

I purchased a flower girl dress from this company. I measured my daughter and chose the dress it suggested. When we received the dress it was way too big. They claim they add an inch all over so you can then PAY someone else to alter it. I'm their website they claim they will return within 10 days. However, they don't not do returns. Now I'm stuck with this dress that we cannot use. $125 down the drain.

Bought a flower girl dress from LalaMira for my little cousin. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the design was adorable and age-appropriate. Their customer service was prompt and helpful, making the whole experience delightful.
This company does not honor their return policy. And will suggest reselling to a friend or consignment shop. You cannot verbally speak to anyone & the only way to communicate is after 1am via email. If there is a chance you will not be satisfied with ordering from a picture online, do not use this company. Initiating a return within the same day of receiving your item will leave you disappointed!

I ordered a dress online ($180) for my up coming grad. Bought it, done. Then I thought (a little too late) that I should have looked up some reviews of la la mira. I did. I was horrified. Terrible reviews! But it was a little late. I got my package, and apprehensively opened it. I was pleasantly surprised and greatly relieved that it was what I ordered, properly made, correct colour, and size (I ordered one custom sized)!. Although the fabric isn't as nice as it could be, it is a very nice dress. Looks amazing =) (in the pictures, it needs to be ironed a bit still because of the small size of the package).
Upon receipt of a wedding dress I ordered from this website in an undamaged package the dress had damage to it. The silk had a large run in the back near the train, the strap was frayed not to mention that much of the lace was not even attached to the dress. Upon requesting a refund label I was told to use common sense that when you ordered online the product would be different than the photo displayed. After much back-and-forth regarding a low quality product the pictures below are email screenshots of my correspondence with this company. BEWARE

I absolutely adore another dress and it's my favorite dress for sure. Before I placed my order, I was just having a hard time to choose color and the picture. I ordered the sky blue. And the color and size were okay for me and also is can see and my friend say is good see for me. Thank you!
Lalamira had the best colored gowns for Brides I could find! I looked stunning in my black dress and it fit like a glove. I will be ordering again for future formal events.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from lalamira.com and this was our first purchase from them and will be our last. The dress she received was not the dress she ordered - there were definite differences and it had a bad odor. They claim you can return items within the first 7 days with no problem. I contacted them on day 4 and they denied the return after asking for pictures of the dress claiming it was not defective. We never claimed it was defective only that she did not like it. They told us to just resell it on our own because it wasn't their fault she didn't like it. Seriously?! No ethical, reputable business takes this approach to customer service. Be forewarned if you decide to purchase from them that you will be stuck with whatever you get.
I was VERY skeptical when ordering this dress but it is BEAUTIFUL. It arrived within two weeks from order date and I can honestly say, I have tried on so many wedding dresses and this one is the dress of my dreams. I ordered a size 8, and it fits me wonderfully except for a couple of areas that need to be taken in but that's not a big deal. The reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because the picture this site has of the dress, the lacey top of the dress is lined but it did not come lined. I also ordered ivory and it came pure white and those are the only cons I can think of. Other than that, I recommend this dress.
My bridesmaids ordered their dresses for Lala Mira and many of them arrived with zippers that would zip up and sizes not in-line with how they were advertised. When contacted, their customer service basically said "too bad, it's your problem, sell the dress if you don't like it". With all the options out there, I implore you to not waste your time or money on this company! Their products are sub-par and their people are indifferent. They literally could not care any less about their customers.
