I was fortunate enough to swiftly pay, place my order, and after a week or so, got my dress. The customer service was not perfect, but efficient enough, glad they have it shipped earlier, really love it
I ordered two items as Christmas gifts. I was told they would be delivered within 8 to 14 days. A few days after I placed the order I received a confirmation that they were shipped. I waited and waited to no avail. I checked the tracking information again and said it was on its way back to shipper. I reached out to them several times via email and they have never responded to me. I have now created a dispute with my credit card.

Poor quality clothes
Clothing sizes are wildly incorrect and vary dramatically between dresses.
Customer service response time sis terrible.
Returns policy is appalling
Delivery time is 3 weeks plus even though they state 3-6 days when you order.

Not worth it. Terrible customer service
They never responded to any of my emails, shipment took more than estimated time listed online.
Quality is not great either, boobs and waist size do not match at all, dress looks awful. Needed to return the shipment and never heard back from them.
Tip for consumers:
Do not even waste your time and money with this company, you can find same dresses on Shein and at least their shipping time and return policies are better

This company is a scam. I ordered a "shirt jacket" that I thought was really perfect for fall. The order took 4 weeks to come in. I had to email twice because all the tracking information that they gave me was not real. They would only send screen shots of the "tracking information" and would not give me the actual tracking number (despite me asking 3x. Once the jacket finally came in, the quality was terrible. The material is scratchy and see through, it's extremely thin for what they are calling a jacket, loose threads all over. Not worth your time or money at all.
Dont buy dont waste ur money biggest scam. Bad customer service not willing to give and take. Bad quality clothes.
