Ordering receiving first stick ok, however, their website configurator incorrect. They will not answer emails, phone calls, or IM on their site, when they gave their money no response.

Well, hard to say anything kind about this supplier.

I ordered my product on December 5,2011.
It's 3 days to Christmas and I still haven't received anything.

I have 3 different phone numbers for them (1 in my email and 2 from their website) - NONE WORK.

These people are UNREACHABLE. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When I checked their address on Google maps, I saw it's a RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.

I'm going to be sending in a dispute through my credit card company and get my money back. These people are a waste of my time, energy and money!

Pure rubbish.

I purchased 2 sticks of 256MB on 12/28/2010 to upgrade my old HP laptop Notebook Pavillion N5350 from LaptopMemoryUpgrade.com. I received shipment 01/04/2011 items didn't work so I requested RMA # and returned items by U.S. Postal Service and delivery was confirmed at 10.20AM on 01/08/2011 in Stockton CA. ******* and requested refund of purchase.
As yet they have not responded to my emails or phone calls. I wish I had seen the reviews before getting involved with this supplier. This will make me do more than a double check before buying.

Ordered samsung 2 gb memory--didn't work. Totally unresponsive customer service and phoney customer service linel. Avoid avoid--avoid--could not be worse.

They don't seem what they show on their web page
They don't even have a customer sevices department as they show on their web nor they answer your calls regarding a purchase, nor they reply to your e-mails----be very careful-----I haven't received my merchandise despite paying.

This is the first onlie shop that I have ever bought from and Iam glad to know that it is a good one. I bought 8 gig of ram for my hp laptop ad ot has been serving me well for the last to months. I thought that I should head over here and give them some good rating which I have done. Affordable prices, fas deliver and good products is what they have to offer.

My laptop got crashed a few days back and I got to know that the RAM got corrupted so I was buffering on the internet and found this site and found RAM on a decent price. Also the delivery service was fast.

I needed to uopgrade my old computers capacity because it was no longer up to spped and so I decided to buy ram from them and it was a good choice because what I got is exactly what i wanted. It did not take long for what I ordered to be dispatched and it arrived on time. Thanks for the great service.

Purchased memory. Received memory. One stick defective. Got RMA. Returned defective memory for replacement. Emailed and called. Was told replacement would be sent. Still waiting - not.

Beware. First shipment of memory arrived in good time. From then on, it was downhill.

I was kind fo dissapointed because of how long it took for what I ordered to to be delivered even though it was dispatched on time. There was some sort of delay and they did apologize for it but I was still not happy. It is ok though because I did get exactly what I wanted.

If you need to upgrade your computer then this is the store for you. I waas also reluctant to buy from the store because I had never used it before and I was also not sure if what they had to offer was the truth because a lot of onlie shops tend to lie. I am glad to kow that I made the right choice.
