Sent the received adapter back 8 months ago and I'm still waiting for the money to be returned. Despite several emails and promises.

Bought wrong item, called immediately to cancel, offered refund. Two weeks later no refund. Called again to chase up. A week later refunded less $10! Called again to ask why. Said "fee is contained in terms and conditions":. What?

They just waste your time telling you items are on the way and there is always an excuse for why there is further delays and then when you've had enough they lie about processing a refund.

Delivered my replacement AC adapter next business day as promised. It's brand new and it works. My issue is the item is not the OEM Dell adapter in the photo. It's a generic (non-original) replacement. Having now squinted to read the blurry fine print by the photo I see it says the image was for illustration purposes only. Personally I would choose another photo as the website photo was the unmistakeable Dell shape

Tip for consumers:
If you are fastidious and expect to receive the same item as the photo on this website shows, call them to say so and get it in writing.

Rubbish products and even worse warranty support. Liars claimed nothing was wrong with the charger that I sent back under warranty. They claimed it output the correct voltage and current. They sent it back, and I purchased a multimeter, checked the voltage and amperage and the charger wasn't even outputting high enough current. Sent the company an email telling them about the results and asking them for evidence that the charger was outputting correct voltage and current and email has been unanswered for 2 weeks. Purchased a genuine Dell charger from APAC notebooks on eBay for less then what this company charges and works perfectly fine.

Do not buy from them. Check out APAC notebooks instead.

My ordered goods ($223 worth) never arrived to me. I was at home when they were supposed to be delivered. There is no support from this seller: once you pay, begin to pray. Note that there is no '24hr' delivery as this seller claims on their webpage, they use Australia Post, which may as well just leave your parcel in the street. When enquired, Australia Post says they left my parcel in an open letterbox near the street, and case is closed with no appeal! If you do not get your package, you are on your own. Keep away from this seller.

WARNING - SCAM!

Bought Acer Aspire R7-371T AC Adapter - that also came in as generic charger, which I didn't mind, but it stopped working two month later. Send the charger back, describing the fault and received a reply that it was tested in the store and 100 % working. After trying to resolve the matter and not receiving even a reply from the store I am currently have no charger, no refund, and no reply to the complaint letter either.
Gave the guys enough opportunities, now left it in the hands of ACCC and Consumer Affairs.

Below is response from the owner against my original review on google under the store name:

"Response from the owner4 months ago
If we have found problem with your charger we would have replaced it for you, we have 1.5 to 2% failure rate within 12month some are the result of misuse. We look after all of our clients to the best we can and happy to see what went wrong with yours. I can't find your name in our system, what is your order number?"

My reply to them:

My Order Number is *******, and it is very strange that you don't "seem to have any correspondence. Unfortunately it does not let me upload any images otherwise I would be able to show the e-mail trace I have, but I am happy to provide the details to anyone on request.

I also have ACCC case number if required.

The above comments were left on the 18/09/2017.

Today is 20/09/2017 - so still no reply to any of my e-mails from the owners as well no refund or replacement product. Very strange since the owners obviously keep replying to most recent reviews from other customers...

26/09/2017 - still nothing.

24/10/2017 - just to give an update. Tried everything with this guys, asked even if they can return my faulty product for it to be assessed with the Tribunal for legally binding determination (independent services to establish if the product is working or not). They obviously ignored that request as well.

So in my opinion they just re-sell same products that were returned by other customers and the only response you will get is the one I received below my post from the owners...

My suggestion to all the unfortunate people as myself is to ask the bank to do the "Charge back" - you will have more luck this way. If you can provide copies of your receipts, your attempts to resolve the matter and full ignorance from the store owners - you will get your money back. It is lengthy process, but very straight forward and normally your bank will be very supportive in the whole process.

Hope it will help!

Hey guys giving everyone an update:

Today is 22/01/2018 - we have went through the bank and submitted full list of e-mails, POD, ACCC complaint details and received the funds back in November, so today I received that pleasant e-mail from the store:

"Laptop Plus. com.au
Dear XXXX
False declaration of unauthorised transaction, payment have been reversed by the bank on Nov 17, the matter to be referred to VIC police.

Your Order Id: *******"

So guess what - they had my order number all that time (and as you can see from the comment below to my post - the owner said they don't seem to have me on their records) - just fully ignored all my requests, and after all that time decided to threaten me with the police case.

Well what can I say - I have full list of supporting documents, e-mails and so on - so will be more than happy to provide this information to them.

Have a lovely day everyone and will keep you updated.

Hey Guys more news today 22/01/2018.

Subject: Fales Declaration
Hi XXX,
False declaration of unauthorised payment is a criminal offence and anyone making false declaration can be prosecuted.
We can see in your account that you purchase a product from us in June, returned the product in August.
You have mentioned in your RA request that the Adapter doesnt charge your battery, while your original Adapter works fine.
We have tested adapter, and found the adapter to be in a full working condition,
As we see this is a legitimate warranty issue (although no problems we found), we will not proceed with police report.
However remember that false declaration is a criminal offence.
