I dont know why until now this company is still existing. For 2 days in a row, I had issues with their deliveries. They said the package had been delivered but I never got it. I have multiple cameras all around my house, I did not see any person deliver anything into my house. I don't know where they delivered it. There's no proof of delivery. Merchants should stop using this company.

Placed an order online at Kohl's 11/13/21. Order shipped 11/14, made it to Lasership facility in Ohio. Transferred to Lasership facility in Balt 11/19/21. Truck just sat there, no further movement. On 11/23/21 I drove to Baltimore intending to save them the inconvenience of delivering. They told me package is still on the truck and they cannot release it to me until it's unloaded. I ask about how long? They probably by tomorrow. Its now 11/26/21 and truck is still not unloaded, just sitting in the parking lot. What would cause a truck to sit unloaded for 1 week? Shortage of manpower? Can't be shortage of drivers because it made it to Balt from Ohio in reasonable time. Can't be Balt drivers because I drove down there to pick it up. You mean to tell me warehouse is so short staffed, delivery truck must sit unloaded for 1 week (and counting)? If it was my company, I'd find out where the stoppage is coming from and fix it. I think lazy companies are trying to milk the COVID-19 thing to avoid doing there job.

If I could give it a minus ten rating, I would do it. This is the worst company you can imagine. They constantly delay delivery and pretend that they wanted to deliver, but were unable to. Something always bothers them. Because of this, everything you receive through them will never be received on time. It surprises me that large trading platforms turn to them for delivery. No one looks at the ratings except buyers?
This company is very dishonest. I had a separate shipment. Fedex delivered 6 items. They stole 3. They went as far to fake a signature and male up name alexis. Nobody lives there by that name.I sent an email no response. Anyone company or individual using this company. Beware of this company i will now contact police. They dont have the proper address displayed hialeah is a big county. Believe the reviews

They steal before it gets to the porch. Porch pirates be ware there is new pirate in town, they get it straight from the company, fakes the delivery and ignore my clime.

Shortly after this review was posted, a top manager at LaserShip reached out to me and issued me a gift card on Amazon, and improved their services. Thank you LaserShip.
A parcel that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, sitting in its final hub since that morning at 1am, never made to my home. I literally could have hopped on local transport and picked it up in a few minutes. I called them Sunday, and their wildly rude agent gave some gibberish on how "no driver was assigned yet" to my package. The merchant that hired them, Reebok, contacted them on my behalf, who gave Reebok the same double-talking contradiction. The Reebok rep, a supervisor, politely and embarrasingly apologized, offering a partial refund for this common inconvenience with Lasership customers. I requested Reebok to make a note on my account never to use their crappy "delivery" service again. In short, LASERSHIP SUCKS BIG TIME.

The delivery person claimed to have delivered my package on 12/21/23. At 10:27, I immediately went to check and there was no package. But there was no delivery man who entered the building between 10:00 and 11:00. Checked on cameras They do not provide any proof [ Visual Proof of Delivery] that they delivered the package. Trying to contact customer service via phone is IMPOSSIBLE. It doesn't matter what time you call, they're always experiencing high call volume and NEVER answer. You send an e-mail, you get no reply. What is this? This is fraud and theft like I have never experienced before. They are so dishonest and simply steal packages. I opened the case on December 21,2023. At 11:46 Case number: ******* There was a two-day "investigation" after which they said that the package was lost and that the seller should be contacted.
My package was labelled as delivered but I did not sign for it as I was out of town. Although, everything went terribly with my package, I wanted to give a shoutout to Porcha because she tried to do everything possible in order to help me with my troubles. She stayed on the line with me for about an hour trying to do multiple things. Porcha deserves a raise!

Checked my tracking number and this is what I saw. It states to contact the seller. Ordered 11 candles from Bath and Body works and they could only replace 3. I received a credit but could not get other candles at their fantastic sale price. They are the main shipper for this company and KNEW the contents were fragile.
This is not my first problem with this shipper but from now on I will not order from anyone who uses them.
I received my package inside the time frame. The problem was that while tracking the shipment they wrote that they will deliver sooner and than this has not happened. Then calling them no one replied.
But at the end they delivered the package on the time frame. So I am happy. Just hope they will manage better notification to customers so they won't panic.
If details on shipment where perfect I would give 5 stars.
I have ordered from 2 merchants that use Lasership and both times my packages never arrived. Both times they updated with the merchant that my packages were delivered. If I find out a merchant uses Lasership I will not order from them. It's pointless I'll never receive my merchandise. I'm tired of spending hours with customer service to get a refund. Beware some merchants may not issue a refund due to their theft and negligence.

I will not use any companies that use this delivery Service. The shipping info is NEVER clear. And they leave your stuff in the hallway or not at your address. For every 10 packages that comes through laser ship it's guaranteed you won't get at least 5 of them if you live in a large building with multiple apartments. They DO NOT ring your bell to notify you that your stuff is there. This service is Terrible and it needs to go out of business!

I did not know about this company until Kohl's gave me the tracking number for my order. Tracking number showed up as invalid until the exact day of delivery. Then, instead of delivering my package to me, Lasership delivered someone else's package to my door. Hours later they update my package status as "delivered" when it wasn't.
Fortunately my package arrived the next morning (17 hours after being reported "delivered"), but the driver never took the package that they misdelivered. Now I have to make a delivery to some other poor victim of Lasership.

If you're ordering from a website you haven't ordered from before (Thanks Kohl's!), check to make sure they ship with a reliable shipping company.

Most dishonest shipping company I have ever dealt with! On numerous occasions they claim to have "delivered" my package - delivered to me "in person" and faked my initials for receipt of package (at 11:22 PM, just before midnight!). Mind you, I have video footage from security cameras that is my proof that no driver ever was even near my house! Never. DISHONEST THIEF! Most UNTRUSTWORTHY Company I have ever dealt with. This is at least the 5th time that LaserShip falsely claims to have "delivered my packages!

This is the worst delivery service EVER! You have to wait for someone to get in touch with you in order to resolve an issue. Which half the time no one does. I had specific delivery instructions to either knock or call upon delivery. The driver did neither! In fact he never even got out of his vehicle. I stood in my window recording him the entire time. In the video you'll hear a text alert. That's (Laser Ship) them saying that a delivery attempt has been made.
Unfortunately, they don't care about the products being delivered. They never place a package near the door. It's left at the end of the sidewalk (in the rain no less) or tonight, was thrown into the front yard and bounced onto the sidewalk. Had I not heard the van pull away, wouldn't have known it was delivered. No wonder they are a cheap delivery option. Wish when you order from companies, you could indicate to not deliver by them.

Not sure what possessed Walmart to use a company that barely holds a one star rating to ship high priced items, but never again. I like several others have never heard of this scam service before. There was no Pic taken of the item being left at the door and it for dang sure was not loaded onto the truck, sent out for delivery, and then delivered to my camera covered door step, all within 3 minutes.
The couple of times that I have ordered from Walmart they utilize this horrible shipping company that falsely claims to have delivered my package. With the poor reviews of this company I wonder why a company like Walmart continues to do business with them causing them to issue refunds for lost or stolen orders. If your order comes up as being delivered by Lasership I would recommend to cancel the order because more than likely you will not receive it.
This service is the absolute worst. I ordered something over the summer and they delivered to the wrong house. When I complained about it being delivered to the wrong address, they accused me of stealing of the package and pretending like I never got it. Now, I have another package that says "delivery attempted." My entire family has been home all day. Not a single soul came by my house today to drop anything off. My family now, affectionately, calls them LoserShip.
Also, don't even bother sending them a message or claim, they'll ignore you or accuse you of theft.

First, any company that uses the, will NEVER have my business. Both Summit Racing and Babylist tried to send,y orders through them. Every time, the tracking info says 'waiting for supplier' or just states 'exception - we are looking for your order'. Laser ship always says the order delivery date is the one originally promised... even 10 days after the fact. Summit had to overnight large heavy items that Lasership lost. I pulled all my business until they set my account t to UPS only. I didn't know Babylist used these fools too... or I would have never purchased from them. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever had an experience with. These guys could not delivery a single piece of mail without either losing it or losing their way. What a joke! I will not order certain merchandise from Walmart because some clown there thought they would save a few dollars by using this delivery company. Bet that decision bit them in the big butt!
Unlike a lot of other users, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Lasership. I frequently get them for my Amazon same-day or one-day packages and I've never missed a package.
In fact, one of their workers used to call me before she delivered my same-days to make sure I was home. We eventually moved to texting which was so convenient. Very nice people.
The other reviews sound like how I feel about the Post Office--Utter trash.
Shipment was attempted delivery supposedly twice but neither time did the carrier appear on the cameras at my home. I called to inquire about the status and the rep described my home from Google maps from SEVERAL years ago. When the delivery confirmation was made still cameras detected no delivery person and still no package. Now I will never purchase from another company that uses this vendor and I have to go through the trouble of a credit card dispute with my bank.
