“Great day in Austin's home store warehouse!”

I am a regular shopper at Last Call in Austin, TX. Always love the merchandise, though some of it is too broken, scratched, or dented to compel me to buy at times, but hey, that's why it's a bargain, right? Well, this year the president's Day sale blew me away! The inventory in the home section ( Horchow area) was even better than usual, and the deals were amazing for president's day, but what really made my day- actually whole weekend- was the great customer service. MARTHA is always a pleasure to deal with, but she worked so hard to help me this time; because of her effort, I was able to score so many great deals. She is hard-working, knowledgeable, and pleasant- even when things get hectic. Neiman's Last Call is very lucky to have her, as are we customers who have the guts to dig through all the goodies in the home warehouse. She absolutely ALWAYS goes the extra mile- for each of her customers! One action Marcia took was to get help for me from a gentlemen named PETE, who is a manager, maybe of the back warehouse and inventory- not really sure, but my goodness, what a nice job he did! He was so very helpful, pulling items, checking prices, verifying all parts were included in my lighting items, and I observed him doing the same for other customers as well. Finally, he carried and carted my almost 30 large and unwieldy items to my car and into my husband's suv. All the while, though working up a sweat on a cool day with his helpful manual labor, he was courteous, understanding, and positive. I could not have been better served, by either Pete or Marcia. So, I hope NM knows what great ambassadors the two of them are for their brand. Made my brand loyalty all the stronger!

I bought some shirts online from Last Call Groceries They never arrived I emailed them getting a reply from a different person every time offering me 50% refund which I refused. I was eventually promised a full refund but that it may take up to a month to show up I never received the refund. Will now claim against my credit card

I have spent quite a bit of time on this site looking for items in my size that I think will work for me. After completing my purchases, 9 out of 10 times I get a notice 3-5 days later that the item is not available. This happened with one Lafayette dress that was left on the site for months afterward. It was advertised at one price, and available through back order at another. I know because I called to find out what was going on. I don't know whether those orders were ever fulfilled. You might be able to snag a bargain now and then, but in the end, I am not sure it is worth it.

I have been fighting with this company since April for refund. So I am Write this review to give people a heads up that this company when they say they will give you updated with a refund. They're not about keep you updated. I also am wanting to let you all know that this company is possibly just getting company because they didn't honor their what they say. I, so I'm in, but in this out there that if you use this company, do not expect to get any counter response right away. What was Sam mccartney? Excuse to wise taking so long. Fart refund. So I am time. And I'm giving everybody a heads up. Not to use this company for any reason. What's in the United States. If I do ask to give this a company a rating. It would not even be a star I give up. This is absolute zero rating because of this actions against them. And they say they'll keep you updated when they really don't. Soap with the new United States. I would not expect anything better from this company. Regardless what others may have said. And the reviews about this company. I also think that this company needs to accountable. The lost package So I'm wanting to make sure that everybody is aware that there's company is nothing but a Lying company that does not honor or keep the word with anybody. So This review gets out to the United States. I will be happy, can you give me any information? That aint you may have about this company that you? You might have wanted to use before.

My story! I made my 1st purchase of 2 products, one is a Versace Watch which came with damaged strap which are caused due to its usage. Spent $780 on a used watch? The website at least need to mention it as an open box product. Highly disappointed!
Second product, they just called it after a week and said they will send me some 10% discount coupon which I never received. Disappointed again!

With all my first time shopping disaster experience with last call, I made up my mind to give it a second chance. I made my second purchase, and now the product got cancelled again. Why do you take orders when you can't fulfill?

So, I would recommend everyone not to make purchases from this site and get disappointed what if you made some plans based on your purchase and after a week you receive an email saying Oops! We can't fulfill your order. It's just disgusting! Never Ever again!

I purchased two sunglasses over a month ago and have yet to receive my refund to the original form of payment. Last Call for some reason issued me a gift card (which I did not receive). When I called to tell them that I wanted the refund back to my credit card, they told me that it would be completed within 1-3 business days. It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund, and after having called about 6 times I keep getting told that it will be refunded in 1-3 business days. Worst customer service.

NM is not trustworthy when order was placed on 12/23, has already been billed to my card and after much inquiry and false responses today after much insistence in getting a tracking number for the shipping, NM tells me that the order is scheduled to be shipped TOMORROW (1/2). When order was placed it reported an estimated delivery in 7 business days and now it appears that was also false.

My 2 orders were cancelled 2 days after charging credit cards, at pretense of enabling verify "my information", but suggesting to make new orders with different credit card. What a scam: advertising sale on big names, keeping money for couple of days, like in mine case 4 days, $650, and go on asking for more... Wish i read these reviews before.

I didn't want to believe the reviews because this is Neiman Marcus, but unfortunately, they were true. I paid for a Chloé C Clutch With Chain In Shiny & Suede Calfskin, FedEx delivery confirmation stated it would arrive 3/3/20, and it never arrived... and I never received any communication. I called on 3/4/20 to find out it was cancelled that day due to availability... an entire WEEK after purchase. Are you kidding me? They still have my money to boot! I started filing complaints, first with the FTC and BBB. This is just ridiculous.

So basically, this company makes up merchandise out of thin air, charges people for this phantom merchandise, holds on to their money for weeks earning all kinds of interest, then finally says, "Ooops. I guess we ran out". Nice.

I ordered and paid for 2 items on line. I was VERY excited to receive them... to only receive an e-mail 2 days later that they cancelled my order. They sent me a $10.00 off coupon towards my next purchase. They can keep the coupon. $10.00 is an insult after I spent $651.00 and was REALLY looking forward to receiving my items. I will NEVER shop with LC again on-line. NEVER!

Purchased an item on 8/31/2020. Thereafter, my return was denied because "beginning on 9/1/2020 all sales are final". I was blind-sided and their customer service was totally indifferent.

Wife bought me a pair of shoes for Christmas. Shoes that arrived were 2 sizes too big. Box was thrown away accidentally on Christmas morning. Returned the shoes sans box, got 0 refund, and they kept them. Thanks for nothing, last call. Never again.

Quite simply the worst customer service I have encountered in the 21st century from a major retailer. I had to call once and use the online chat option twice to finalize the return of an item, all after following their online instructions step-by-step. The phone call took 20 minutes (at the end of which the company representative confirmed a change that subsequently did not take place), and the two chats took one hour. The confusion was that I was given store credit instead of a refund when returning an item, since my name was written differently on the card used for purchase and on the mailing address for delivery. When I explained the issue to the customer service agents (i. E. one was my legal name, and one was my nickname), they didn't seem to understand, and language skills appeared to be part of the issue. I was continuously told that they were "reviewing notes" (the last agent with whom I chatted claimed to be reviewing notes five or six separate times). One agent even terminated a chat with me before we were finished. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID -- of course, unless you enjoy spending two hours returning a pair of boots.

Very disappointed with NMLC... received a $50 OFF promotional gift card from senior vice president, Elizabeth Allison. Checked the card for exclusions and there were NONE except cash/cc card payments. Card reads, Please enjoy this promotion of $50 off any purchase of $50 or more before tax and must be used by October 31,2018. Good in-store or online. WRONG... tried to purchase a dress for $53.00 and was declined for the promotion because it had been marked down! Really? Isn't that why Last Call is an outlet?

They charge for the returns. What normal online store does that nowadays? They offer to take back to a store not to pay for a return but you can barely find one near you. They have just a few. Super unhappy

Pathetic non-existent response to multiple emails regarding when shipment will arrive.
Ordered 3 items on 3 May 2017, only received 1 of 3. No contact received from company, have sent 4 questions. Live in Australia and online chat has no-one available let alone picking up a phone. So no one replies to the only method of contact which is email.
How hard is it to respond?

Most of my wardrobe has come from last call because they are so dependable. I don't usually write reviews, but I use this site to decide whether or not to trust other sites, so I thought I'd put in a word for the site I know without a doubt is good to order from. All of the clothes I order from them are great quality, and if I have a problem with anything for any reason, I usually just return it to the store no problem. Now with covid shutting down the store, I recently had an order, and some stuff fit bad, so I called customer service and they were very polite and scheduled a FedEx driver to come pick it up from me. I've been shopping this site for over 5 years, love it.

I returned back the items to Lastcall and it has been delivered to them on 5/26 so I assumed the money will be credited back to my PayPal in a few days later After a week I contacted them again and they said the credit of... was issued back to my PayPal on 6/1 and it will takes about 5 to 6 days to appear on my account. I waited about 10 days later I contacted them again they told me it will takes little longer than expected at least 10-14 days to reflect on my account So I expected I will get my money back in a few days later. A week later I didn't see my money so I contacted them again they told me because I used different shipping address than the address on my account so they issued a gift card instead of a credit back to my PayPal. So if I want the credit back to my PayPal it will takes another 10-14 days. So hopefully I will get my money back in another 2 weeks or so.

I ordered 8 itemsfrom Last Call and none of the fit properly and the quality was not there. I'm a Neiman's fan so I thought I would try it. Trying to return is a nightmare. Using the online method I was told I needed to contact them. I then was put on a 15 minute hold to get to an agent. Not to mentiin I'll pay over 25 dollars for an order of which nothing worked out. Byer beware!

Received my return items with original tag and everything but still said didn't take my return just email said your return is not acceptable. Call customer service even worse no help at all keep said same thing over and over. Lucky didn't order anything else after this order.

I'm lowering LC's rating because I have had it with the constant order cancellations! I just had another today. They list items on their website that they don't actually have in stock. And because their website can be a bit clunky, I can spend way too much time trying to complete a transaction, only to have it canceled the next day. Waste of my precious time! And this happens frequently enough that it smells like a cynical scam. It's illegal to bait customers with deals you cannot fulfill. That's why car dealerships will always have at least one car available at that "unbelievably low price." So is LC listing those "almost gone" items at "40 percent off sale price" to draw in the customers, knowing that the items will not be available? It's possible. After all, many times I add on another item or two to the order, so LC gets a sale even though part of the order (the part that was never available) is canceled.

(Addendum: I just had two more items canceled, and that was on an order for which I had used a $25 off coupon. So that coupon is negated, and I have no merchandise to show for it. Oh... and the cancellation email included another "look for a 10 percent off coupon" promise. Amazing.)

This is a story about how frustrating and inept LC can be. When they canceled my last order (the in-stock, teaser item was item not in stock), they sent me an automated email apology telling me to "look for" a 10 percent off coupon code in my email within 24 hours. I never got the code. I did a Chat on the LC website with "Roberto" to ask for the code I was promised. Roberto denied that such codes were sent out by email. He then asked for the date of the order (I had given him the order number, so... yep). Then he tried asking what order I wanted to apply the code to (I had a couple items in my cart because I guess I never learn). He tried everything he could come up with to avoid giving me the code, or even directly addressing the questions I asked. Finally, he looks up my cart and tells me that the code (which I do not have, remember) can't be used on the items in my cart because they are already discounted. Really? If you are familiar with LC, you know that everything is sold as X percent off. But remember that I never told him I was trying to apply the code (which I did not have) to an order. I simply wanted what I was promised.

Adding insult to injury, I have gotten several LC emails today reminding me that I have "left something in (my) cart." What are the items? The out-of-stock items that LC canceled more than a week ago.

I hate this company.

As with all outlet stores, you need to know your merchandise to shop effectively on LastCall.com. I have been buying from them for many years, and have had mixed experiences, but I keep going back to them even when they mess up. If you know a brand and know the real retail price, you can often snag a good deal on previous-season pieces. Just be aware that the site is clogged with odd-duck stuff that may or may not be actual NM store stock. Outlets like this do get stock from their flagship stores, but they also carry stock made expressly for sale in outlets.

The most annoying thing about LastCall is that they have poor inventory tracking, so you can complete a transaction and find out days later that the order is canceled because they are out of stock. The website also has scanty information on many items, and often they'll have just one photo of a piece. However, they have paid for returned shipping when I complained that an item was not as described, so they do listen to customers. This is where knowing your brand comes in handy: I always cross-check items on other websites and image searches before I buy.

Be sure to look up coupon and promo codes, and use their free shipping code. They give cash back through The Ebates portal, too.

If you are looking for deals on quality merchandise, it's not at this site! I've ordered two gifts from here and am returning one because it's so cheap... I'd return the other but it's not as bad as the wine goblets I just received. I was going to give them as a gift but after examination I realized that these were not something I could in good conscience give as a gift. They are going back!

Ordered a birthday gift with 2 day shipping 5 Days later it shows my order will not arrive for another 7 days. Contacted customer service and they were completely unhelpful. Response Oops send it back when it arrives and I will have to pay for the return shipping.

I placed an order online on June 24th and to date I still have not received the order. I have been given the run around told order was shipped and to date July 1St no order no tracking. I would not recommend last call to anyone very very poor customer service!
