It offered some good venues, but as soon as we looked at flights we were very restricted in our times and routing and we were offered either late flights (so losing time on holiday) or stupidly long ones (with 5 hr lay overs) or ones from the wrong airport. When we looked at EasyJet there were plenty of cheap flights from the airport of our choice and at exactly the times we wanted. It took a while to fathom how to drive the site
Took money but didn't think booking went through because had no confirmation email. Assumed nothing booked until bank statement showed money had been taken out of account. Because travel date has passed, I'm not eligible for refund - didn't even know it had been booked
Someone needs to publicise the contact details for the top brass at LASTMINUTE - name and shame
Dreadful customer service - actually non-existent!? Does anyone have a different experience?!

I have booked a ticket last night 23rd sep 2021 via this website for the first time.
This morning when doing a search on google i found a lot of bad reviews about this website.
So i checked in my profile area i tried to contact the air line directly and they told me madam this is only booking it's not a ticket excusse me you have charge me 600£ and now i still don't have a ticket what the hell is this? They told me please contact lastminute directly so i kep trying but no luck then i found out a CEO of this company named Fabio Cannavale Founder and CEO lastminute.com gruop.
I tried to get in touch with the customer service *******209 no luck sent an email no reply until now.
I simply need my refund if anyone knows how please get in touch with me.
