On the 26 of April i booked tickets in advance from Yerevan to Paris 06/05/2022 for 4 persons, amount was 653,66 pounds, i will attach pictures of number of Flight.Later this flight was rescheduled to 07/05/2022.On that day I went with my family to airport in Yerevan and talked with Your colleagues and they informed that this flight was cancelled and the next available flight is in June only, one month later. I had to book tickets from other company On 07/05 and to the different airport in Paris these tickets costed me 1162,13 pounds.I spent the last money i had to do it. After so much time passed,money is still not refunded.

Consider how many times before purchasing from them.
If there's an issue and you need to cancel, there will be no one to talk to.
If you're entitled to get your money back, you'll need to work hard and wait months for it to happen.
In short, it's better to buy elsewhere and add a few extra bucks.

Everything was great, the flights and hotel and transfer. Only thing that wasn't so good was I paid for seats on the flight and when I got to the check in I was told that last minute hasn't passed on the seating arrangements so there is nothing we can do and that this isn't the first time this has happened. So my family of 4 was all separated all over the plane and the same happened on the way back. If you pay for seats please make sure that the airline has received them. I have lost over £65.

Barely even a real company. This is a scam operation running off the name of a.com era agent. They sell flights which don't exist, and then refuse to refund. Everything about their set-up is intended to shirk responsibility, from their lack of customer-service, to the fact they use a Swizz registered office to make sales.

Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely appalling customer service. They gave me misleading information. I had to ring over and over again to get my final confirmation 24 hours before checking which they did voluntarily provide but I had to call them.

Through LastMinute we found a very nice hotel in Athens, which had just opened 2 months ago: Coco-Mat. We did some research on which area at Athens we wanted to be, and this was very close to Acropolis, and close to place to eat and shop.

The only thing I did not understand (and I AM a computer geek), is that I was unable to pay in euro's. If anyone knows how to set this, please let me know!

I booked the wrong date by mistake and wanted to cancel later for some reason but couldn't find any communication channel except a form on their website which i filled and submitted many times but not getting any response via email or phone. I booked on lastminute.ae

I have used last minute.com twice now, a couple of years apart to arrange weekend trips in Europe. This time was a special occasion so I was looking at a smooth running trip with a great hotel, and I got exactly that. We flew from my local airport (Gatwick) to Budapest, had a car pick us up, and we stayed at The Clark Hotel. The room was fantastic with a massive balcony and views over the Danube. The perfect place to propose to my now fiancé! It was very quick and easy to arrange all the details and I couldn't be happier. I will happily use Lastminute.com again.

I even talk with one agent, they said don t worry you will get your tickets and i paid them to do my check in as well. When i go on website 1 day before my fly says ticket cancelled. Very nice AVOID THIS JOKERS

Flight delays with Vueling, missing one full day experience in Malta and a hotel that has 'motion detection' in its rooms. Thank-you, lastminute.com for not taking some responsibility - this is the first and last time that I use your service ever again.

Worst company! They lie that cancellation is free of charge. We had booked a flight with the hotel and had to cancel due to personal reasons. The whole thing was supposed to cost €2,100, and they asked us to pay €1,330 for cancellation, because apparently Ryanair charged such a fee. How much did the hotel cost for a week's stay for 4 people with full board, €800?! Fraudsters

They canceled my return trip with my consent and the agent i spoke to when booking the flights tricked me and interchanged my name and surname. They said outbound refused name change and they made me pay for name correction on return trip and when i wanted to cancel the outbound booking they cancelled both trips and told me it was my fault after calling me with a non UK number, i asked why are calling with international number, never got straight answer. I have been scammed before and this incident was actually the same with my previous scam.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ever. Took over €1400 off me and now I have no booking. Staff sending me automated replies days later (no number to ring of course) telling me to contact the airline. Contacted the airline and they never received any payment. €1400 out of pocket and still haven't received a response from lastminute or a refund. Definitely don't book with them

Lastminute.com is cheating people, they add a hidden fees on the total amount.
Warning: Never buy something through them, the total amount is something and in your bank statement is something else.

Last minute is selling turkish airlines ticket to dubai even tho the company is not allowed to land. I called them as I find out now and my flight is on the 4th of october.the guy was so rude talking to me like Im dumb. They refused to modify my ticket. I dont know what to do! Last minute never again

They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Once you booked you are done. No chance for flight change or cancelation. You will receive one email stating they're working on your return and that's it. Money is gone. I'm trying to go through the line the ticket has been bought from but it is pain of $#*! now and not that easy. Keep away from them!

I could not get a full refund few hours after booking. Made to pay 72% of ticket price before change.

Tip for consumers:
this site does not have to exist as they are bunch of thieves, robbing customers of their hard earned money, poor customer service, not smart or skilled enough to work as customer representatives, etc.

Dear lastminute.com,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your company during my recent trip. I booked a five-star, all-inclusive hotel through your website from May 3rd, 2023 to May 9th, 2023. Unfortunately, my experience with lastminute.com was far from satisfactory.

Yesterday, I received a call from MTS/OTS Local handling company helper, Mr. Fikret Ozdemir, who informed me that I needed to contact my original booking for more information. I was then instructed to leave the hotel immediately and contact my agency within two days. Despite attempting to contact the agency and send messages, I never received a response. As a result, I had no other option but to go to another hotel and pay an extra £400 for my stay for four nights.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from lastminute.com. It is unacceptable that I was not able to get the support I needed while I was in a foreign country. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with a resolution as soon as possible.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at Valentina Hotel. I booked a room from 03.05.2023 to 09.05.2023, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shown two rooms by the receptionist. One of the rooms was dirty, and the second one had a 2 single bed. The receptionist advised me to take the single bed room and speak with the management the next day to sort out my problem. The next morning, I spoke with the front desk manager, who promised to change my room or bed that night after 8uhrs. However, when I returned to the hotel that night, nothing had been done.

When I called the reception to ask for assistance, the staff member I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. He told me come downstairs to sort your problem out.I was disappointed with the level of service I received, especially since I had booked a room at a 5-star hotel.
Next day you tell me in the phone I was insulting people do you have to understand we are here in very serious matter. I have everything off video recorded because I said a lot of people have problem with your hotel. I am not the first one hotel staff stabbing don't understand English, don't understand another language. How can you explain what do you need?

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

The worst experience I've ever had! Avoid it at all costs, even if you have to pay twice the price for your tickets. They canceled my booking two months after my reservation, claiming that the airline had no alternative flights, despite the airline confirming the opposite. All they tell you is that the system won't allow them to do anything. I ended up having to pay three times the price for my ticket. And now, after three months of sending numerous emails requesting a refund, they are offering me options to credit my account instead of providing a refund.

How can I have no terminal information and between them and vueling say its for me to go airport and see. How? North or south? Why do I need to call to ask for terminal details it should be there. I planned care for my kids too for 1st time in a long time. Devastated! So no flying for me even though I was still there at 6am and flight was 6.50 but left 7am.
I cant even get a refund so I can book again

I had a return flight booked from Cork to London Heathrow in December. Flight out went according to plan unfortunately, the return flight was a different matter. I couldn't check in on line. I tried checking in through lastminute.com and Aer Lingus. I tried logging into my account but kept getting message 'password incorrect'. Clicked forgot password, no email came with a link. I tried to get help through chat, they couldn't help me. I sent emails but to date no reply.

My advice don't use lastminute.com
