We accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong date for Cirque De Soleil. You can clearly see we never used our tickets and can see their error. The fact we spend so much money on tickets and LasVegas.com will not support, refund, or even talk with us on the phone to find some sort of resolution. It is very frustrating. We will tell everyone we know to not purchase any sort of tickets or anything through Las Vegas.com If there is any issue, they wash their hands of you and will not help you or try to find a resolution

My name is Will and I had an issue with flights back as they were cancelled and I called LasVegas.com over 5 times trying to get it resolved. The people there told me what to do and then offered me money back, and then they never did. They never followed up and it's been months. I do not recommend them at all, just go somewhere else.

I booked a hotel at the RIO for 4 nights. When I checked in, they said I was booked for 2 rooms. I have email proof that I only booked one room. The RIO said it wasn't their fault and to contact LasVegas.com. NO ANSWER. I will have to dispute it on my cc. I will never use again.
Paid 38 dollars and it went down to 25 dollars Called and talked to a man that could not add trying to say had 36 dollar refund in reality It was 52 plus tax First time every had a problem with las vegas.com Have booked there at least 8 to 10 times no problem Until now The man I talked had no idea what he was doing?

It all seemed fine until I had to cancel Wednesday 07/01/20. I called at 3 PDT and a message said they open at 8 AM PDT, but not when they close. Next day I called at 9 PDT and there was no answer. I called at 2:30 PDT, Thursday and received no answer, just the same message. Decided to leave a message a little bit later. I received no call back and nobody has cancelled my trip as of Saturday. So it clearly seems that if you schedule and have to cancel, they will simply not answer the phone, which is the only way I have found to cancel. The only reason I did it was because it said I could cancel without penalty costs. Next step is the BBB, but that may not do anything. Since I am in the predicament I am in, I will either go and possibly get fired, or I will loose all my money. I would not ever use this site. It seems as if there is no issue, you are fine, but changes or cancellations are not possible, and best case scenario, not possible in a reasonable time frame.

Make sure to have the money to pay your rent on time ! Otherwise BANKRUPT! you may not pass go, go directly to jail and try to roll a double to get out.

Book room at South point months in advance but found out at check-in our room was "cancelled" and No Reservations. Hotel staff (Ann) was nice to find a room for the 3 nights we were staying.
I often use this website to book shows. I am a local but honestly this is the best place to go for the best deals
