Launch And Sell

I decided to buy a Launch and Sell theme because I thought the themes looks nice for a business coaching website. I was extremely excited to get my business up and running after I installed my new theme. While trying to set up the theme I ran into some problems. I started to notice that the theme functionality was faulty. Some of the templates for the theme where missing. I tried reaching out to customer service through their website but I had problems submitting a ticket. When I reached out to the company via Facebook, the company told me not to contact them via FB. They told me to submit a support ticket on their website. I told them, the support ticket system is not working. I also said, I've tried to fix the theme myself but I became very frustrated with trying to figure out how to fix the problems with the theme. The company kept telling me to submit a support ticket, even after I told them I couldn't because their ticking system wouldn't let me. When they finally got back to me, they told me, since you are frustrated with the theme, we are offering a refund so you can pick another theme. They did not give me a chance to say, I would like a refund so I can pick another theme. Launch and Sell just refunded the money back. They never fixed the problems that I had with the current theme, so why would I buy another theme? This company have beautiful themes but I don't think the functionality is not good at all! Every time there is an update with the theme, you have to reinstall and upload a new version of the theme to your website if you want to receive the updates for bug fixes and new theme features. I think that's too much work on the customers end, especially when I am paying $119 for one theme and $60 for another. Here's another problem I was faced with, the theme's woocommerce functionality was faulty. I received an error message because the theme templates were not updated for woocommerce. I wasn't able to get that fixed because customer support would not help me. I noticed that you can buy some themes on their website and you can buy other Launce and Sell themes on ThemeForest. When I went on Themeforest, I noticed other customers are having similar problems. I don't think the Launch and Sell company wanted to address my problems at all. Support did not fix any bugs that the theme may have had and they did not fix the theme templates. They just kept telling me, look through the Launch and Sell knowledge base to find the answers to the problems that I was having with the theme. The knowledge base did not help me fix bugs and there is nothing written in the knowledge base on how to fix the theme's templates. Based on my experience with this company, I will not purchase again. In in order to continue to do business with a company, good customer support from a company is a must for me.
