Such a scam! False advertising of a shag wool knitted coat and what I got was a cheap quality printed image of a wool (hilarious and tragic at the same time!).

I ordered two bathing suits, after about three weeks and I had nothing from them... no emails, no suits, etc I contacted them. It has now been 6 weeks and multiple emails back and forth. I have asked for my money back multiple times. All the keep telling me is to check the status. Today, I received an email that said " if I don't get my product in three months, I'll get a refund". Are they serious? Three months! Worst business ever.

I ordered a comfy jumpsuit for $35 that was being posted all over Instagram. It is THE WORST quality item I have ever seen. Instead of an elastic waist band, someone just sewed it tightly so if you put any strain it all rips. It came 3 weeks after purchase and me bothering them about shipping. Def made by some sweat shop employee who was shown a crude pic of what it should look like and they tried their best. Soooo disappointed. Halloween cheap costumes are made with better care than this. Can't return it cause it's from China and would cost more than its worth. Waste of money.

Items are poor quality nothing like the picture! It's been over two months and no refund. In addition had to pay for International postage for them return. This was a lose - lose situation :(

Not only has it taken over six weeks to receive the items I ordered. The two items I did receive (out of 5) were awful. They looked nothing like the pictures and if you want to return them you have to send them back to China! It's very disappointing.

Poor quality clothing. Paid 40 dollars for shipping to return clothing to CHINA for wrong size and never received refund.

These people are have stolen my pictures and acknowledged that they did and said they didn't care. See all reviews this place is as bad as it gets.

After seeing cute items on Instagram I ordered several items. The quality is ok for the price of the garments. I received part of my order and needed to return a few items due to size. I had checked the return policy prior to ordering as I just lost weight and didn't know my size with this company. Was surprised to find out you have to ship the returns back to China! The cost of shipping them back costs more than 1 of the items I'm returning! No where did it say anything about this on their website! Now I'm stuck with these items or losing the cost of one of them. Still haven't received the rest of my order. Hoping none of those items need to be returned as that would be a second shipment. Communication is hard as I think there is a language barrier. My questions are never fully answered and I get template responses. Terrible! Would never order from this company again!

Do not order from here! I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered 4 bathing suits from Launiq and paid extra for express shipping (3 days) after 8 days of not receiving my order or any shipping details I reached out to Launiq requesting information about my order stating that it was late and past the 3 day shipping that I paid for. Their response "could you please wait a little while?" Unsatisfied with their response I reached back out requesting a refund for the shipping fees I paid for which they ignored my request and told me they would send part of my order while waiting for the rest. After the poor customer service and unmet shipping expectations I requested a full refund for my order and to have my order cancelled. Without any response from the company for 20 hours they shipped my order anyway and emailed me "Your parcel has been shipped, can not be cancelled, sorry for the inconvenience" Still not refunding me any of the shipping fees I paid for. Do yourself a favor and purchase your bathing suits from somewhere else.

I ordered a bathing suit 16 days ago and still
Haven't received it. I emailed customer service. No response. Also, they never gave a tracking number. I knew it was a red flag when the receipt was from some hotmaiI address. I then emailed the company through Facebook. I got some generic response that they must send to everyone with a bogus tracking number. It directs you to some bogus site called track17 or something. It says: Dear customer: your item is on its way. It says it's coming from China. It says "Hope you can receive it soon! Have a nice day!" Total scumbags. I have to call my bank now. Thankfully I had only ordered one suit. I don't appreciate being conned. I wish I had been more careful.
I also ordered 2 bathing suits from "Cupshe" and they are legitimate with good customer service.If you're looking to order bathing suits online- Do not order from Launiq. Order from Cupshe!

I ordered one bathing suit from launiq. I didn't get a confirmation #, email about tracking, nothing. All I got was a paypal receipt for "melidress08". That's when I knew this was a scam. Super bummed. I will be contacting my bank.
