This company offer's a multitude of legal options to utilize in business or personal for that matter, as well as an excellent staff members that assist you along the way,, In particular, Jean has helped me on a couple of occassions, each time surpassing my expectations. With people like her on board, Lawdpot will be a forever for my business. Thanks again Jean!
I signed up for the 1 week trial and after perusing the site awhile, found that it did not offer what I needed. I promptly canceled my subscription, but did not receive any email verification so, I investigated further and logged onto the LawDepot. Com site. Only there was I able to cancel my subscription and avoid the monthly charges. Further, I later began receiving 'promo emails' and while on the site, on my PC, the email unsubscribe link at bottom of the email sent me to an invalid indirect URL. I then called their customer support # and had to have an actual person do the unsubscribe for me. I discussed the inability to cancel the monthly subscription; he asked if I had used my phone and when I answered in the affirmative, the customer service rep informed that unsubscribing via phone does not work and further informed that they lack the capacity to give any refunds on subscription charges. Ah ha... no wonder the BBB gives them a 1.8 star rating.

Tip for consumers:
Unless you are prepared to pay the monthly subscription of US $35.00, don't bother with the 7 day 'promo' because the whole sign up is designed to take your money and disallow - or make it very difficult and time-consuming - to get out of. The site does not inform that canceling from a cell phone doesn't work (which they are aware of, according to customer service rep, and even unsubscribing from promo emails is spoofed. Buyer beware!
