I have had a terrible experience with The Layby Store and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Firstly the goods I originally put on layby were no longer available and I wasn't advised by the company. Then I was advised I would receive a full refund and as yet have not been provided with any money. I have had to lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC to investigate them for breach of the act.
