I have shopped on Lazada from 2017, from a piano down to pencils. Now it is several times pr. Week. I have had very few problems, at least nine out to 10 products are as expected. The refund works, I have gotten it 3 times, where a product was not as stated.
An awful e-commerce operator. I bought something they didn't have and they processed a refund into their own wallet system that cannot be used by non Thais. They then insisted on giving me a voucher. Second order same thing. Got a message from the supplier saying he couldn't deliver the goods as he didn't have them. He pleaded with me to cancel. Lazada customer service is extremely poor. I still don't have a refund 2 weeks after payment. Don't order anything from here

They delivered a clearly missed labeled size shoes, opened the box double checked the size, never worn and returned via next day pick up. Return was rejected without explanation.
Two months later after multiple contacts, No Goods (claimed return back to me) No Refund.

I've used Lazada Thailand's services to order about 15 items in the past 10 weeks since arriving in Thailand. Of these orders, I've had issues with 3 of them. So if you're happy with an 80% chance of things going as planned, Lazada maybe for you. That is, of course, if you don't mind the myriad other issues starting with the platform itself. But as with most things in Thailand, due to the majority never having experienced anything better, I doubt any of these issues ever get filed. In fact, I even attempted to submit platform a bug report myself. Couldn't get anyone's attention. And this (video attached) bug has existed for the entire almost 3 months I've been here. It's impossible to effectively initiate a return without (and good luck with this) getting in touch with customer support.
Terrible customer service. They delivered my package to the wrong person and when I called to ask for them to resolve the issue Tonie from customer services said I should go door to door to ask everyone in my apartment building if they had stolen my package. They refused to reimburse me or help in anyway to track the Mia delivered product. I won't be using this website again what's the point of a good e-commerce platform if they give your paid for products away to anyone!

Hi folks i now know why lazada only publish good reviews from its customers in thailand i have found out that it is a criminal offence to publicly criticise a company in regard to its service or qoulity of goods its called defamation of a company and they will send you to prison for it! So if you have a load of rubbish to sell do it in thailand you wont get ant come backs how cool is that based on this i have given lazada 5 stars rice and maggots for 5 years does not appeal
There are many scammers in selling Graphic Cards.
They are named TRUST GADGET... in Lazada chat/contact.
They try to get customers transfer money and then say that they dont receive money and deny to deliver goods.
1 of the boss of these scammer have whats app: *******178.

I have used Lazada for about 2 plus years and most thongs are ok BUT when the sellers deliver fake or different items. 4 times different companies. So far Lazada does absolutely nothing or side on the side of the seller. MONEY FOR LAZADA they dont give a stuff for customers
So I will like others fo to proper shops in future never again GOODBYE LAZADA

I originally wrote a scathing review of Lazada but have had better experiences with them lately including an immediate refund on a keyboard that was nothing as described and they paid return shipping. I've also had 1 day delivery on several items that was impressive. They really are improving.
I almose have buying everyday from lazada but they made many problem for me that I stopped working with them and I uni stal their app. Service, delivery, return responsibility all is awful.
I cancelled all my orders with them.

Warning! Warning! I ordered an expensive facial product at 998 Baht and was sent a cheap bracelet painted gold by the apparantly unvetted shop, not in error but fraudently. Lazada had banned the shop from their site while I was discussing a refund. I was told by CS when I asked that my money was safe. Now, however they tell me that the shop used a different courier and therefore my money will not be refunded. Therefore a warning to all, your money is not safe on Lazada! Delete the app.

I had a terrible experience shopping at Lazada. The product I received was not what I expected, and when I tried to return it, I was informed that I would only receive a partial refund. The reason for this was apparently due to a wrong size chart provided by Lazada, which is a clear case of fraud on their part. I have been waiting for a refund for weeks now, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have not received any response from their customer service team. This is unacceptable behavior from a company that claims to value their customers. I would strongly advise anyone against shopping on Lazada, as they are clearly not trustworthy and do not honor their commitments.
This is not a single event. It is a pattern that took me some time to recognize after shopping with Lazada several times. The reviews on Lazada are fake in the way that bad reviews are removed. Additionally fake products are sold there, but if this is ever mentioned in a review, it will never be approved. I am guessing that operators that work with Lazada take a bribe from their customers (that are different small shops selling different items) every time there is a review that they do not like. Twice I have been scammed on this page and both time the reviews are magically gone.
The first time was an instance where I bought Legend RAM. It did not occur to me that it could be fake until I was about to put it into my mac. I sat down for an hour and checked serial number and other signs of counterfeit product, and after the check it was pretty obvious that it was fake. I wrote a moderately opinioned review where I mentioned that I was disappointed because it was fake. Needless to say, this review never saw the light of day. However, there are a few negative reviews that they tend to keep in order to make it believable. After all, who would believe if you have 1000 reviews and only 5 stars. Instead, they have a couple of bad comments, but they make sure that it is not something too negative.
Look at the picture below. This was my second bad experience with Lazada. When I contact the seller they answer with a generic message: "If you want to buy you can safely place your order. In this case I did not want to send it back because I did not want to deprive my 5 year old of losing out on the experience of having a christmas calender for the first time. This is also how many of the shops operate: They wear you out with a lot of admin, shipping fees and long waiting time to get money back. So, in the end many customers end up accepting broken items. In this case it is both broken, wrong and obviously done on purpose.
You cannot trust Lazada... I had a refund for an item and I don't get the money back! I cannot chat or contact Lazada! The only option is to open a wallet, what is not possible for me... You have to take a picture with your smartphone of your passport and then my smartphone Samsung A8 flashes and the reflecting foil of my German Passport makes it impossible to take a picture that should be without any reflecting... That is impossible! The other option is to fill out a Thai form in Thai language on a chatting window, so in any case the letters are too small and I cannot read Thai! Great and again the next customer is cheated!

Lazada is the worst online shop ever. Not only are the item the lowest of the lowest of the lowest quality, but the app is not user friendly, the customer service is lower than the quantity of the items. Apparently it's the only online shop here in Thailand and if you are not mobil, you need an online shop. Every time I order something, something is wrong with one of the items. And if you complain or like to return, you get to 50% BS... the delivery is set out like between January til December, but you have to be home... otherwise they throw your item over your gate or fence. I tried other online Shops, but the same issue, same quality, more expensive. Oh and the description of the items are in Thai. You can't copy and translate. So, often you don't even know 100% what you are buying
Lazada does not do anything at all when items are not send after many times trying to get something done by customer support (that is only there to cancel orders) nothing is solved, now lazada cheats the customer too with the coins expiring... when you redeem it redeems the newest coins so the oldest coins will always expire so MAFIA LAZADA does not have to honor these coins ever... cheating the customer... customer service ditch you off with a compensation of 100 baht voucher (before 150 baht, but lazada not cheap doing and is greedy and hungry for money). Overall i am a long time customer by weekly but when problems come no help from lazada or anything jsut a $#*! platform go to SHOPEE instead :)
I ordered from Canada for a friend in dire need of basic items to be delivered to his hotel in Bangkok. I ordered many items and only a small number of items were delivered. They said they 'tried twice to deliver unsuccessfully' which is ridiculous as the hotel has a 24/7 clerk at the desk to receive all parcels to their customers residing there. On top of that I was charged the delivery fee (looks like for every single item instead of each parcel containing multiple items)! So my (eventual) refund (whenever that arrives!) will be short quite a bit. Meanwhile I will have to pay the credit card bill or else have interest fees added; I still have to buy the items that were not delivered to him! NEVER AGAIN... It really was too good to be true...
I had two refunds totaling 1850 baht. They put them in my Lazada wallet which I never activated. Now, they won't let me activate! They ask for phone number to send OTP to but when I enter it, they say "number in use already" YES! The dumbsh*ts! It is MY number registered in MY account! It should be the ONLY number they send an OTP to! WTF is wrong with these idiots?!

Recently there has been a major scam involving products purchased through Lazada. Many customers are not receiving their correct orders and these orders are being stolen and substituted by wooden bead necklaces. Though Lazada has known about this scam for more than a week, nothing has been done to warn or protect their customers. Lazada is quite happy to let it's customers be scammed!
Simple scam. Was sold a counterfeit item. Returned it in accordance with Lazada's onerous returns policy. Seller claimed it hadn't arrived in spite of the Thai Post tracking page saying it had been signed for. No refund. No item. Now working on a chargeback from the credit card company. Lazada are just thieves. Avoid.
Note that negative reviews are blocked by Lazada so if you are victims of fake product in Lazada, then pity yourself coz you can't do anything about it.
I bought a mobile phone on Lazada. It
Arrived on time, but was obviously fake. Lazada's return process is to send a return request which the seller should respond to within 8 days. If they don't respond then send the item back to the seller which gives them another 8 days to respond plus the shipping time. How likely is a seller of fake goods to respond? There are 4 sellers on Lazada selling this same fake phone. They have similar names and sell at the same price. Their customer feedback makes clear that they are selling fake goods. But Lazada does nothing about it. I reported them to Lazada. The response was "I will escalate this and you will get a response within 2 days". That was a week ago, they are still selling fake phones and customers are still being robbed. Lazada has no customer service worth the name. Worse, it gives its customers no protection from scanners. I will never again buy from Lazada and advise everyone to do the same.

I am a new customer on Lazada. I thought this is a reliable e-commerce company, but I realize they do not have respect for the customers!
It all started when I tried to pay my order with Paypal account. It did not work. I called Lazada, called Paypal, called Lazada again, no one could help. I opened a Thailand based Paypal account, thinking the issue was from there. I added funds on this account (lost money due to currency exchange rate), tried again: not working still!
Meanwhile I exchanged dozens of emails with Lazada customer support, trying to get help. The only solution they gave me was: please use a different payment method sir...
Ok, fine. After 1 week of non sense responses from Lazada "customer support" and since they are not able to fix their Paypal issue, I finally decide to pay my order by card.
I place and pay the order on 06th September by card. The delivery expected period is 6th-11th September.
As of 11th September, 2 of my parcels are still stuck at the delivery provider since 7th September! The 3rd parcel has not even been shipped by the seller shop, 5 days after my order!
The only reply I get from Lazada customer support is: please wait for your order Sir. As day passes, they keep changing the delivery period. From 11th to 12th. Now the latest update they gave me is: please wait until 14th September and then only we can consider to cancel your order. SERIOUSLY? 8 days after I pay and place an order, then you will bother consider to cancel my order and refund me?
We are in 2018, e-commerce should allow you to get items sourced locally within a reasonnable timeframe, ie 2-3 days. Else I can just go the mall and get it myself on the same day... Now after almost 2 weeks of whole process, I do not receive any item (out of 4 ordered), my money is stuck with them, and no one cares...
I specially selected items available from Thai vendors. So why does it look like my order is coming all the way from China?

The customer service is TOTALLY inefficient. By chat the only thing they reply to you is: please wait your order is on the way (while it is stuck at the delivery company since 4 days or not even shipped yet by the vendor!)
When contacting by email, they just simply lie to your face by saying if your order is not received by 11th September contact us and we will cancel it. When I contact them on 11th September they tell me wait until 14th September and we will cancel it...
LAZADA is not respecting me, my time and my money.
So they don't deserve my money anymore...
I do not recommend anyone to order on this website. You will only waste time and money.
