I booked to ship a box from the midwest USA to the Philippines using their website. Upon completion of the booking and payment info, they charged my card and their website went to an error page without giving me any information about the booking I just place. Their customer service wanted a booking number that I assured them repeatedly I never received. I even tried a second time, silly me. My bank even allowed them to steal a total of $260. Zero stars for sure!

Upon completion of the booking and payment info, they charged my card and their website went to an error page without giving me any information about the booking I just place. Their customer service wanted a booking number that I assured them repeatedly I never received.
I even tried a second time, silly me. My bank even allowed them to steal a total of $260.

Zero stars for sure!

Tip for consumers:
I ended up using ShipNex who booked it through FedEx and was able to get the box to the Philippines much faster than expected, it was more than LBC but less than FedEx.

A Blactown Crew seems to make her own judgement on what items and qty that can be sent via airfreight. She contradict LBC website list of items allowed to be sent.
She says Costume jewelleries not allowed and perfume bottles are limited to 2.
Website says otherwise on Costume jewellery and perfume nor qty is mentioned for perfumes.
If there are changes on what and items qty that are allowed, it should be published. It will save customers from walking 10 minutes with a heavy box at hand.

Any star is not appropriate. The worse services. Pasay IKEA to Cavite, 10 days (ordered on 20 Dec) and not yet delivered & we are advised that we can pick it up in LBC Cavite warehouse LBC customer service is basically useless.

Tip for consumers:
Hope this review will make the cut and will not be filttered so other customer will be aware of the terrible services you have. BTW, this is the 2nd time the delivery took so long and we are asked to pick up the package instead of delivering it

Shipped a laptop from malabon to san antonio sto tomas batangas. Been 3 days the status is still out for delivery but no one is coming to deliver nor calling about the parcel. Called customer service multiple times and didn't get any help from them. Same excuses.

Had to go to the warehouse to just pick it up and they said they didn't know where san antonio is that's why they couldn't deliver it. What a reason! Customer service said the delivery man will call once arrived at the location but the warehouse personnel told us they never call to deliver they just drop it! Fix your service!

I shipped in LBC on August 19,2023 from Saudi Arabia to the Philippines.
3 months past, November 20,2023 nothing delivered yet.
I brought this issue to the nearest LBC office but until now no feedback of what happened to the shipment.
I sent an email to LBC customer service but no reply.
Customer service by phone is none existent.

Tagal dumating, kung ako sainyo wag na kayung mag LBC ang tagal tapos ang mahal. Madaming bawal kala mo naman darating on time. Mahal tapos hindi pa on time. 0/10! Mapapamura ka kakaintay, may hinahabol kang oras kaya maaga mung ipinadala, pinapatagal ng LBC!

I went to LBC office Binangonan to drop a parcel after book it on the LBC website. But, the code I got was invalid as I edited my booking. I had no phone load so I had to leave to get the code for the edited booking and return. When I did retur with the edited code it did not work as well. The clerk who served me was really awesome. She got my phone and did rebooked my freight. She was also very careful and did dubbel checked the information before so there was no errors. One of the best customer experinces I had
She need to be promoted. I would hire her if she not work at LBC... On the spot... Her name at the receipt Ciarra... Take good care of this person!
I am also very satisfied with the speed of the service only took only 4 days from point a to point b. Will send with this company again.

Awrsome service and very helpful staff! And super fast door to door.

LBC poor service picked up my box 24 January 2004 arrival in Philippines's 30 of march. Other cargo company is 1 months,maximum is 6 weeks. LBC is 10 weeks I was do disappointed and never again

I was a frequent customer for LBC Balikbayan box, extremely disappointed as upon asking an email for higher management same copy paste answer was given. Very unreasonable response. My box from Singapore to Manila was only 8 days. Now for 9 days my box not.yet received,

LBC Express in the Philippines does not even deserve even a single star at all. The worst service ever encountered. I ordered a set of items in Manila to be shipped over to Pampanga and it was guaranteed to be delivered in 2-3 days, so that the recipient in Pampanga can take the package item with her to the United States. It did not happen. The recipient had been back in the States for 2 weeks already, and still the package was not delivered, due to some shipping issue whatever it is. I decided to request for RETURN to SENDER just so I can get the items in time for our party, and it's been a week, the item is still floating within the destination branch. It's been already a month, yet nothing has been resolved, even though I already came up with the worst case solution of returning it to the sender. Because of this worst nightmare, I have no choice but to reorder the items and request the sender to ship the item internationally. I requested not to use this carrier any longer. LBC has caused too much trouble and inconvenience, plus money to customer like me. I guess it's not a surprise based on most, if not all, of the reviews online.

They did not give me tracking numbers, so they did not ship my 2 boxes. However, they kept my money! I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT use them!

I SHIP A PARCEL LAST DEC 11, CALLED MANY TIMES AND INSTRUCTED THEM TO TELL THE RIDER TO CALL THE CUSTOMER DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS, THE DELIVERY RIDER NEVER CALLED THE RECEIVER NOT EVEN ONCE. NEVE USED THIS LOGISTICS COMPANY. VERY INCOMPETENT.

My friend sent me a used phone from Cebu delivery to my condo in BGC. It was dropped off noon on December 19th 2023. It is NOW December 26th 2023 and NO PHONE and NO UPDATE since December 21st saying nothing really? The estimated delivery is 2 to 5 days. 5 days? Are they bringing by horse drawn cart? This is CRAZY! I'm just glad it wasn't meant for Christmas...LBC COME ON ALREADY!

- bad communication between the company and their customers.
- delivery doesn't communicate with the receiver and sender
- spelling error
The customer requested to speak to management but they never call back their customer.
- customer service they ask repetitive questions without reading customer notes.
- customer service at Blacktown branch their customer service very poor.
- I don't have any choice to use them. If I ever know any company much better with this company I will never use this company at all. But at this stage I don't have any choice.
- until now I'm still waiting for the management to call me back.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by your Legazpi delivery team.

Not only did they withhold my package from October 4th, 2023, until October 17th, 2023, which is when it was delivered, but they also incorrectly updated the delivery date in your tracking system.

According to your tracking system, the package was falsely marked as delivered on October 8th, 2023, instead of the actual date, which was October 17th, 2023.

As a customer, I believe that a reputable company like LBC should prioritize transparency in their services and refrain from inputting incorrect information in their system to portray an image of efficiency to the public or LBC's management.

I have attached a screenshot that shows the static image from when your delivery personnel arrived to deliver the package. Please look at the top left corner of the picture to verify the date and time.

I hope that the management will thoroughly investigate this matter, as it is a significant issue. Such incidents can significantly erode the trust that customers place in LBC's services.

I think your radio station is fantastic. I listen from early morning ( Nick) to super James OBrien, then turn on again at 4 pm. Sat and Sun is the best with Maajid. Best one. BUT your advertisement are TERRIBLE, especially if you are sick in bed and have to listen to them repeatedly, girl with Vodafone and other ads she does, every 20 mins of air time there is 3 mins of dreadful ads. Is it BBC from now on.

Sent Balikbayon from USA to Manila. Have been tracking the package since it left port in USA. Great progress getting to Taiwan then to Subic port. Fast off loading from Subic to Manila warehouse. One day transfer to Taguig delivery team. Here the box has sat for over one week. Minutes from it's final destination. Absolutely no help from LBC customer service. They say they will contact the delivery team with my concerns. Nothing happens. Box still is with Taguig delivery team. How can the box get off loaded from the ship, through customs, forwarded from Subic to Manila warehouse, then to Taguig, faster than it can get it's final delivery? I worry now the box has been stolen or items taken from the box. Not a happy customer.

I did a separate experiment on air couriers and delivering packages to my father who now lives in Zambales, Philippines. I went to FEDEX, but they cautioned that I would need to handle whatever expenses they may require once the package gets to Philippines, I believe this is the Import tax, Lithium Batteries problems, questionable items, and a load of other custom related questions, which they do have. Although FEDEX was much faster, within 6 days it got to the FEDEX location near Zambales. Although it got there fast, they held it for about 6 more days because of the red tape, and other import, export taxes you may need to pay. However, at LBC, you will need to pay it here, in the United States (where I reside) and they check the items, which may delay your packages from getting to its' destination. The drawback regarding the tracking system of LBC is that it is not in real time, and there's a discrepancy where it will not refresh at all, unless those people at customer service department, here in the U.S., will fix the glitch, and give you updates, you must contact them if you see the glitches on their tracking system. I had to contact them through email, but that doesn't account for much, especially when you complain. They'll put your email in an automatic response, and now, you're communication method with them has decreased. Now, you need to contact them by phone, and explain the situation there. I told them, that the LBC package has not moved in San Francisco at all, and I am worried that it will not get there on time as promised (usually, within 7 - 10 days). Once I did this, my tracking automatically refreshed and it told me that the package was already there in Philippines. Therefore, the question still remains, should you use FEDEX or LBC? My take on this is, watch what you will send to Philippines, especially Lithium Ion batteries, and liquids. Also, do it in small packages instead of huge large boxes when doing air freight. Note, this is only air freight and not through ship cargo. Ship cargo will be another experiment and I will do it some other time. Also, air freight costs more for small packages, around seventeen pounds. This will cost you around $112.00 - $130.00 dollars. Don't forget the insurance, because sometimes the agent at the front desk will mark the box automatically without them asking you. You have to look at it from their perspective, the customs and people handling your package. If they see an insurance amount of 1,500.00$ versus, an insurance that costs 50.00$, then they may look at it, and you'll find some items missing. Just a reminder, if you're going to send it to a place where people can't even find the simple things in life, such as food, and items, you will find things missing. If you place it in a box with an insurance of 50.00$, then customs may only see it as invaluable items such supplements and items which they don't really need, and release it as quickly as possible. Note, this is in theory. My box had perishable stamped on the outside, and the lady who checked it in near Tully, San Jose, California, placed the insurance amount of only 50.00$, which I thought was questionable, but it got to its' destination within 7 days. 7 days! Let that sink in. So, it's up to you and how much you're willing to spend on air freight, and how fast you really need the package to get to Philippines. Overall, I think LBC, and other couriers are all questionable once it leaves the U.S. boundaries, and you have to be always persistent and vigilant regarding where it is, and call them if you feel that it's not going to make it to its' destination on time. So Track it, track it, and track it!

Always use your best judgment.

LBC Express withheld delivery of urgently needed cancer medicine to me a local senior citizen in Baguio recently.
They claimed they made 3 attempts but no one home. We were here always and Lazada, Shopee even grab made deliveries during this time.
This company (Baguio office) has the WORST reviews online of any company I have ever seen in my 30 years of being on line!
Their corporate office needs to come and fire everyone and start over with competent personnel.
People, don't accept this behavior from business complain to corporate and post across internet until there is change!

Their corporate office should resolve all these issues here in Baguio

Sent my package from lbc jysquqre on May 5. Last update is may 8. What's the use of your tracking if not updated? Now it's may 13. Still no update! When I sent the package I inquired as to how long delivery will take. They said 3.business days. It's now 8 days and still no update. Lbc is useless. Will never use them again.
