The Collision Center, specifically, Mr. Turner, to include the Service Manager and the Body Staff are absolutely great and wonderful. It all started with a mishap during remodeling of our home purchase, Installed a screen door under the carport, poor quality, so I decided to leave it locked and shut to stretch our sides, next morning forget there and crashed right threw, broke two ribs and dinged the Ford Escape rear quarter panel and molding. Looked bad, Mr. Turner laughed and fixed in less than 2 Days. To top it off while cleaning and restoring to its former glory seen a spot on the opposite side that would not buff or wax out. Returned to the Collision Center and they tidy up the area for FREE. Mr. Turner asked me as I entered, "Another Mishap". Moral of the story if you have a mishap whether self-created or created for you and you live in the Knoxville area take your vehicle regardless of make or model to Cunningham Ford Collision Center, you will not be disappointed - first class customer service, however, do not tell Mr. Turner what really happened!
