I love my white hydraulic facial bed! I have had it since 2013 and find it very easy to use! It does lock and swivels. It is quite comfortable for my patients. And the best is the customer support with LCL. Debbie has helped me determine which equipment is best for my practice and is very informed and helpful. She gave excellent directions on how to properly use the equipment. I strongly reccoment their hydraulic bed and purchasing directly from LCL!
Everything was great when I was looking to purchase. I did end up purchasing the 22 in 1. I had a problem with the 22 in 1 and they made me pay to ship it back. They said they would send it back overnight shipping. They did not, it took 7 days to get back. I just received it today. I opens the package and it was the same module I sent in. No explanation as to what was wrong or what they did, did not get an email either. I set it up and turn it on and it does the same exact thing I sent it in for. I sent an email immediately. No response. I will be contacting them 1st thing in the morning. I would recommend at this point. They definitely do not care after the sale. They have no intention of taking care of any issues that come up with equipment they sell. Don't do it don't deal with them is what I would tell you.

If it breaks as my did, you are out of luck, they want you to ship it at your own cost and be without the machine until they figure out what is wrong with it. On top of it, this happened twice with the same brand machine, same issue. Go somewhere else and buy this business is not business friendly at all.

I purchased a bundle kit from LCL Beauty that came with a hydraulic table we have had the equipment for just a little over a month. We just started seeing clients and have had the table flip over twice with two different clients. We have tried re positioning the base and it didn't help. Customer service stated its outside the return policy and they wont exchange for another table. They are saying its user error and wanted to know if we have video of our clients falling or if we stay in the room why they get undressed this is a spa. Working in the customer service industry this is not how you treat customers. I'm not asking for money back and i spent a lot of money with them I'm not complaining about other equipment but there is something wrong with this table and they should replace it. They stated that this has never happened but that doesn't mean it can't happen i have even found other post with people having the same problem.
Before sale everything was great, LCL answered emails and said they would check and test product. Product came quickly and then it did not perform as their website said. Went through PayPal to rectify and LCL never responded to PayPal. Paypal then gave me a refund but I still had to pay for shipping back to LCL.
