Their system is deigned incredibly poorly and on top of that they don't have a support phone number. You can only leave voicemail. Even if you leave a voicemail they will only deal with you over email. Incredibly ineffective and super slow. Nothing ever gets resolved either, its just brushed off as "our system doesn't do that". Their system doesn't do many things it should. Many basic things that every other platform does.

Best place and I would have my family and friends go.keep all the work y'all done.i can't wait to leave a other review

The site is difficult to use and extremely frustrating! The development sucks! Whoever knows the web developer please fight him for me!

I am an older person who didn't grow up in stoner culture and has recently turned to MMJ as a way to help alleviate some symptoms I'm dealing with. Leafly had a GREAT idea! They devised a system that allows you to track your own experiences with treating yourself (since in Washington State, we are pretty much on our own and typically talking to a stoner turned dispensary owner).

Leafly has that exact same concept behind it: Track what you are smoking, rate each sensation it alleviated or produced in 3 different types of reactions and then lets you rank each reaction on a scale of negative 10 to positive 10. You can share your results with the other people in leafly's community or just track them on your own.

Still sounds great, right? Well, it's so impossibly frustrating to use and my attempts to get some technical help so I can contribute my thoughts to this MMJ community and learn from others have gone unheeded. The graphics are beautiful and it looks easy to use... but it is SO user-unfriendly that I'm just DONE! If someone builds a site like leafly but it actually works? Please let me know! I'm still looking.
