Ordered a custom made Natuzzi sofa and loveseat. At the time of ordering told it could take 3-4 months as it is made for us. Paid 1/2 down. In three months told item delivered to US. So I thought the sofa was made in Italy as that is where Natuzzi is. No the leather comes from Italy but sofa made, you guess it, China. Anyway at time it arrives in US I had to pay balance of amount due. Now came the problem. Sofa was scheduled to be deliver 3 weeks after arrival in US by delivery people. The day before delivery we had all furniture in living room moved out. The morning of delivery, get a text saying won't be delivered. Call delivery people and they say can deliver 11 days later. Call Furniture Expo and they item was not yet at delivery peoples warehouse. Ok. So the next delivery day comes and once again, on the morning if delivery, they once again cancel. I call supervisor at delivery company and they once again schedule for 6 days later. So it took 45 days from the time it got to US to get to me. Furniture Expo was very accommodating and I understand that they don't control the delivery people, but they chose them. To the delivery company's credits, furniture arrived in perfect condition and was put together and all paper and boxes taken with them. I would recommend this company but just be prepared to wait for delivery.

Absolutely terrible experience and getting worse by the day. We were originally told to expect delivery of the Maxwell sofa we ordered in 14 weeks. Several weeks after that date we inquired about deliver and were told to expect it in 2 weeks. Sam, the sales rep we were working with told "just two more weeks" at least a half dozen times over the next 6 months until we finally received our sofa after 8 months. "Just two weeks" became a running joke around our house. During that time Sam ignored nearly all of our emails & voice mails inquiring about the status and would never follow up with updates at the times he told us he would. On the last call that I had with Sam prior to delivery he let me know that the Italian leather sofa that was to be made in the USA was actually made in Mexico due to trouble sourcing materials. Upon receipt of the sofa we wished we had never ordered it. The dye was orange not the Brompton Chestnut color on the website, we questioned the qualify of the leather as compared to the sample we'd received and the sofa seats and back pillows were so underfilled the noticeably sagged. When we contact Sam to let him know of these issues we continued to have out voice mails and emails ignored and on the rare occasions we could speak with Sam he would never follow up on the things he told us he would. Because of this I let Sam know that I would like to return the sofa to which he informed me that the cost would be $700 for return shipping minus up to 40% of the cost of the sofa for any wear and tear that they determine for the time I had the sofa. As it stands I am still waiting for a follow up from Sam that is a week over due on on top of ignoring my past two emails regarding how to remedy the issues with the sofa.

Ordered a leather sofa from LeatherFurnature Expo in 1 July 2024, I was promised a delivery of December 2024. I called many times to check status of the construction of the sofa, it now appears after numerous promises that would be delivered in December that there was a problem, constructing the sofa and it won't be delivered for 30 or more days, the credibility in this company is gone after being promised numerous times that a construction project that only takes a week would be completed in six months and still unable to be delivered. This company is taking orders without ability to complete and deliver their product all while holding your deposit, which in this case was $894. I recommend that you avoid this company since it appears that they are not customer oriented and cannot deliver products. I spoke to the general manager without feeling comfortable that I was getting a straight story.

This company needs to be investigated. I’ve already filed a complaint with BBB.

We ordered a few items 6 months ago. Delivery arrived with half of what we ordered. They have no idea where the other half is, or even if it was manufactured.
The company claims they don't know what happened. Really?!?

I would recommend this company but just be prepared to wait for delivery.

be sure you call to discuss your order before you place it. Customer service can provide great information and size, etc.

Great sofa & great leather. Just like the Maxwell but we saved some $$. We recommend Leather Expo to all our friends!

So this was my first time buying a sofa, let alone buying it site unseen. I had read some very great as well as some very negative reviews of this company, so I was a little nervous. However, SO HAPPY with this purchase. I just received this sofa yesterday, 07/10/21. It is the 9 foot long, extra deep seated Napa Maxwell in Brompton Amber leather. This sofa looks almost exactly like the RH Maxwell sofa. The quality of the cushions and leather seems to be spot on to the RH Maxwell sofa. OK, now for the price…. And these are exact to the dollar. I paid $3,070 for mine, which includes tax, shipping…. All in price (with the 30% off sale plus an extra 3% off because I work in the medical field). I just configured this same sofa (same length, depth, leather) on the RH website…. Regular price was $9,095 and the member price was $6,821! So I got mine for less than half the member price at RH! I will post pics of my sofa. From date of order to getting the couch took 6 weeks and 5 days (much quicker than the estimated 10-12 weeks). It was a great experience and I have absolutely no regrets. Do it!
