Le Beanock should be called Le rip off. Awful from start to finish. Failed promises to deliver on time. Hammock finally arrived (3 weeks late) and was nothing like it was described as being. Complete rubbish. Abysmal design. Badly made. Fell apart after days. Zero customer service. Finally got my money back (thank you barclaycard) Anyone thinking about buying one of these from Le Beanock shoudn't be sucked in by the fact the product was on Dragons Den! They should be on TV. They are fit for the bin, where mine ended up!

We have had our LE BEANOCK for years, and the way it is made, using strong marine fabrics, thread and Swiss stainless steel eyelets makes it impossible to fall apart, this is just sour grapes from an obviously horrid person.
It is sad that someone is compelled to write total lies

What a shame there are such horrid people out there... we are a small UK family business who know how to behave, unlike a certain customer with sour grapes... we have NEVER delivered anything late, its always well within a 14 -28 day time given. The marine quality fabrics and fittings we use, and also the manufacturing process make it IMPOSSIBLE for LE BEANOCK to fall apart... we have only ever had 4 RETURNED and all from the USA,,,, 2 of them were recently when a customer simply changed their mind about their purchase, and this would be about the right time frame for them to make up a toxic jab at us because the goods were not fault, we are not at liberty to take the goods back, but we did, as a gesture of GOODWILL, and told the customer that they would have to pay for the return of the goods... this is what this spitefulness is all about... they didn't like it... but they know who they are and we at LE BEANOCK believe in KARMA and the universe will pay them back for their unkindness and their bad attitude, let alone their barefaced lies... just look at out website to see where we have LE BEANOCK, in some of the hottest spots in the world, including THE FACEBOOK OFFICES IN AUSTIN TEXAS... they are sad little minded little people...
