I like the bed, and my boyfriend likes the bed a lot better than my other bed (of course not as much as his own) i will say only thing preventing it from being 5 stars is that for the hybrid you can feel the springs super easily on the sides. But not when your sleeping which is nice. Plus you a little bit of bounce, little softer that most i was expected the mattress to come more firm but im happy with it either way
Offered a discount ($25) for 'signing up' only to be told after the fact (making a $600 purchase) that it didn't apply. Site also have a delivery estimate if I 'ordered in the next 1 hour and 50 min' … it appears this was also bogus. Overall, left feel bad about this purchase.
The process of selecting a mattress was simple and quick. We also used the Bread finance option. Much quicker than visiting a furniture store. Can't wait to try the new mattress.
Update: 4/9/2023 received the mattress a few days after ordering it and about a day later the pillows arrived. Have used the mattress for a few days now and I've noticed a tremendous difference with my sleeping experience neck and back pains are slowly going away.
Google searched best foam mattress for 2022 and found a site called the strategist write a review about the mattress.
We also love the free pillows,, i called Leesa talked to a very nice lady( Kaitlin) she was very helpful told her how we loved the free pillows and wanted to buy king size just like them but ya'll only have the standard>>>>>> Darn! We have tried foam before and still prefer down! Other than that all is good LOVE THE MATTRESS!

We love our new Leesa Sapira Hybrid mattress and pillows! The items were easy to order, though it wasn't completely clear to us whether we needed a foundation or not. We do wish there had been a delivery service with setup and removal of the old mattress. The mattress is extremely heavy and difficult to move up steps. But now that it is in place, it is so comfortable and has alleviated all of our aches and pains!

Needed a softer bed that still gives good support.
I was surprised at how very, very comfortable the mattress is. It conformed beautifully to my body. In fact, the first night, I experienced no hip pain when I turned over. (Doesn't say much about my previous mattress.) It's kind of silly, but I can't wait to go to bed at night. The mattress is heavy and without handles, so it took me a half hour of manuvering to get it on the bed frame.

Great product poor communication; I ordered a mattress protector but never received any email updates and the shop website didn't even indicate it had been shipped and then low and behold it showed in the pouring rain in a cardboard box-saved by the plastic it was wrapped in. A quick wash and it was ready to go when my new Sapira hybrid arrived. Fits perfectly!

quick, easy and right to the point
I chose leesa because i was looking around for a mattress originally looked at the Nectur saw lots of reviews about it sinking and how it’s not a good company and how the beds are cheaply made and not to last. Then went to reddit and say someone say something about a leesa looked into leesa and reviews and had much leas negative reviews than the nectar (which you really had to dig for the actual nectur reviews which sketched me out)
I love the mattress and pillow. They cured my back and shoulder and neck pain all together. I'm very happy with the purchase. Shipping was fast too and items arrived well packed. Thank you!
Wire cutter recommendation
I recently acquired a mattress from Leesa and was amazed by its comfort and superior quality. The quick delivery and hassle-free setup made the experience even better. Since sleeping on it, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my sleep and a reduction in morning aches and pains.
Expected to be able to use a discount code from Wirecutter, and wasn't. Delivery was a botched mess with FedEx.

I bought my Leesa mattress with about a week and a half to spare before a friend was coming into town. When I pushed "buy" it said to download Shop to see when my package would arrive. Shop didn't display that information, and didn't even display a notification that the eta of the mattress wasn't yet known. I had to reach out to customer service, who was not helpful in giving me insight.
After a few days, I got a notification from Leesa saying there was warehouse delays getting the mattress to FedEx to ship, but still no estimate as to when the mattress would arrive.
The important thing is that the mattress came in time, but the zero visibility into the problem was really frustrating and I had to be a proactive customer in order to know all that. Would've rather been told up front!
I got my new Leesa Legend hybrid mattress today. I am very impressed with the quality and initial impressions. I was worried a bit about odor but there is none to speak of, and the mattress finish and fabric is very high in quality. I chose to have the white glove delivery and setup service. The guys had some problems putting the foundation together; initially they told me it wouldn't work in my bed frame. Thankfully I had done my homework and was able to help them figure it out. Still, it should have been easier.

We were looking forward to our second Leesa for a different home, and when delivery was delayed we thought maybe Leesa service had declined. Until we found that the factory had been struck by a tornado! We contacted Bethany in customer service, who explained, and we ended up getting the mattress a little sooner than originally expected!

Everything was delivered very quickly and I got status updates for each piece as it shipped. Everything was as expected and we are very happy with our purchase! The bed took a little bit of effort to assemble but not too bad at all!

You get a shipping notice for the pillows thinking that's when the mattress will be delivered too since you didn't get a notification for the mattress. But that wasn't the case. This makes timing for when to remove you old mattress and put the new mattress on your bed frame difficult to plan accordingly.

Was surprised to see how quickly the mattress came - from placing the order to arriving on my doorstep it was about 4 days. Mattress was easy to set up and is super comfy.

Mattresses arrived on schedule in boxes. Perfect option for a tiny staircase in a lake camp. Opened mattresses up and let them poof up. Look great. Haven't slept on them yet but excited for summer nights at the camp. Thank you for a reasonably priced and easily moveable mattress option!
