They did a great job for us! They were not the cheapest but then again you get what you pay for. Our Kitchen Remodel took less time than expected and they kept the costs within budget. Gotta love it, right? We did and will use Legacy again. Great work.
Ill try not to drag this out, but it's tough. Let's start with them just scheduling the build. We Coordinated a time for them to come out and build the building and then they called me and said they had to do it sooner. I said okay, I'll rework my schedule and so i did. The day comes for them to build it and i get a phone call a hour before they're supposed to be there saying they can't make it! I am pretty pissed about this seeing how i reworked my schedule to fit their time frame and now they decided last minute it's not good for them. When the crew finally does get here to build it they were friendly, but left food wrappers and soda cans all over the building site. Inspector comes out and passed the building but informed me the roof was installed incorrectly (which was never discussed with me) but it was in a email that was overlooked so ill take some responsibility on that part. The man door keeps flying open every time the wind blows so i sent them pictures and im told that's not even the hardware they are supposed to use so they will fix it. I take another day off after they called me and said they would be here… and what do you know! They can't make it again! I would avoid any business with this company period! There's a good reason they're cheap.

Don't buy a building from legacy. They put up buildings cheaply. There retailers don't explain what you need. This is the worse company I've ever dealt with and I'm 64 years old. I had a building put up in November 2023 30x30 and it's March 2024 and a slight wind in a thunderstorm rolled the building. First they told me they would send a repair team, then they told me it was my problem as the customer to know the difference in their anchors which no one explained this to me. But I should have this knowledge. Also other metal buildings on the property didn't roll that's been there for years or even in the area. Just the brand new one. They expect you to be your own contractor and have the knowledge of putting up a building this size. I have other contractors and Insurance adjuster saying this wasn't installed properly. They just want your money, no real guidance or customer service. You can't even talk to the crew because they don't speak English. If you look in the photos the rebar was sticking up more then halfway up out of the ground. None of these were driven into the ground. Nothing was there to hold the building down. They told me it was my problem. Don't waste your money on poor craftsmanship or lack of communication on their part of explaining things in detail. They put bricks under this building and told us to cover them. Does this look professional to you? The stakes you see is what they say holds this building down. They went no further down
