I needed a couple of Real-estate documents and they can be quite complex and hard to find, The lay-out is very well organized. Once you find what you are looking for they help you fill it out then you can print or save (on your hard drive) the document and they give you format choices which are very helpful. There are several companies that will do the same but when your done they hit with a fee to save, print or do anything with the doc. These folks have a free trial offer as a choice (warning it does sign you up for a subscription service, however it is very easy to cancel the subscription and when you do cancel the subscription you still get full access till the offer runs out.) The documents they helped me with are incredible and if I needed help like this on a regular basis I wouldn't hesitate signing up for a 1 year subscription but I'm not.
