If you could leave less than one star, we would! Loan originator was very professional; however, could not keep track who was who and kept calling us by different names and asking the same questions over and over. Once going to underwriting, the true nightmare began. We were treated poorly. Often times completely ignored. Asked to provide the same documentation over and over. All only to have the closing date come and go. After weeks of begging for an update, someone else stepped in to deny everything. Big waste of time! Thank goodness this bad experience did not discourage us from finding a reputable company who met our needs almost immediately without the continued hoop jumping. DO NOT use this company, look elsewhere to save yourself time and disappointment.
