“Failure to send package to proper address”

Highly Disappointed and Frustrated. After numerous emails back and forth with regards to package. The company keeps telling me that the package has been delivered to my local post office. Many visits later and no arrival of package it seems they delivered the package to another province in my country which is miles away from delivery shipping address given on the order. Hard earned money gone down the drain.

Highly Disappointed and Frustrated. After numerous emails back and forth with regards to package. The company keeps telling me that the package has been delivered to my local post office. Many visits later and no arrival of package it seems they delivered the package to another province in my country which is miles away from delivery shipping address given on the order. Hard earned money gone down the drain.

MY EMAIL TO CUSTUMER SERVICE:
It's been more then 10 days
Paid for 2 items along with express shipping $20.00, to find out the items bought were out of stock.
I honestly would have either waited instead of purchasing right away. I am going out of town for a while, now I won't have the color I orginally ordered nor the money I spent, which could have gone towards replacing my glasses.
I leave this Saturday morning, I need my contacts or a full refund.

Orders my contacts in April of 2020 here we are almost august and they have still not arrived I have contacted them about it with no help all I get is the shipping is delayed there went $46 down the $#*!ter

I ordered 6 pairs of contact lenses. All but one of them were defective. I saw that the color on one eye was a different shade then the other. So I messaged them and they told me they will ship another one but after months of not receiving anything, I followed up with them and they said they're out of stock so I chose a different color, one that I already had purchased before since I liked the color. I had recently moved so I had updated my address and sure enough received my last purchase at my new address. However, for some reason, they sent the replacement to my old address and when I informed then of this, they told me to go look for it by asking the residents of my former neighbors to help me find my package. They also suggested that I contact Usps and my previous manager, etc. because they can't send me another pair. They also informed me that they'll help provide more suggestions on how and where to look for my package. I've ordered several times from them and was generally happy with the results. I was planning to order another 6-10 pairs yet by the way they handled this situation by cheapening out with one pair, that they initially $#*!ed up on, lost my business. And the fact they told me to go look for it asking neighbors and such was just plain ridiculous. That left a bad taste in my mouth and so i will take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of contact lens companies such as this one so it's not anything special in particular. Plus I don't think they're completely safe because I got my first pink eye infection after using their contact lenses.

I ordered over a month ago!
The tracking number was showing that the product was already in the USA a few weeks ago, and now it says it is still in Hong Kong. I spent $82,23

I have enough of sending money to China!
I will rather not buy the product from now on, than buying from them!

They keep playing the "out of stock" game for over 2 months now! I keep re-choosing my colours! They keep re-telling me "choose again", it has been 3 months now! No wonder they are the worst contact company! Worst Customer Service who don't even read their e-mails in order!
Wish i read the reviews before! Avoid at all costs!

BUYER BEWARE! I am so disappointed in this company. I was so excited to get my contacts. Now, I completely understand what is going on in the world right now with the pandemic but there are companies who use this as an excuse for their horrible service. I purchased my product over 2 months ago. The tracking number they gave me has not updated in the system since they placed the pick up. Now you would think that when I sent a request for information on my delivery. That might have gave them some indication that there was an issue. I have tried several times to get a refund. You get no response and nothing happens. Then they send me another email telling me my package is going to be delayed. After I had already told them twice. I want a refund. The tracking system they use is primitive. Please do not buy from this company!

They sent me crappy colored contact lenses that looked nothing like the pictures on their website. I was not happy, and I emailed them asking to return the four brand new unopened boxes I did not want. They promise on their website you can return unused boxes. Well, that is a complete lie. Not only will they not even give you an address to return them to, they will try to shut you up by offering you another pair for free and not refunding you as if that is a good deal. If I didn't like the first two, why am I going to pay for six pairs that I don't want and get a free pair that I most likely will not like either based upon the quality of the ones that I have received. One color didn't even show up on my eye and the other one looked scary. Bad customer service. Trust the one star reviews, they are there for a reason!

Tip for consumers:
They do not look like the pictures on the website and you won't get any money back from these people unless you do a chargeback which is a hassle.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, I waited over a month for my contacts but nothing ever came, the tracking number they gave me never registered so I was never able to track the package. I tried to contact customer service several times send numerous emails called the office and was able to actually to speak to a person twice, once I was actually given a fake name as to who I was talking to. I later found out my package was returned they said they were going to issue a refund it's been 2 months and I still have not received a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY! I am also making a report to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered colored contact lenses from lensnature.com (online), specifically for the purpose of changing my eye color from my natural brown to gray/blue. The website advertised their contact lenses with pictures of the lenses on natural blue, green, light brown
& dark brown eyes, showing what they would look like on different colored eyes. When I received the lenses (late, as they shipped slower than promised and I had to email them about it to ask where my order was), I received CLEAR colored lenses with a dark
Limbus ring only. When putting them on, there was no color change at all. I emailed the company to tell them with photos of the lenses I received & what it looked like on compared to my natural eye & I asked to return them for a refund. I also complained about
How they falsely advertised them on their website with pictures that are nothing at all like how they look on. It was clearly false advertising. The company did not want to refund me, & then offered a $15 refund only after they receive the return. I declined,

I order them on January 28th and receive them on February 13th. I did the sale "Buy 3 get 3 for free". I will give then 8/10. These are comfortable to wear but the color in these contact lens are off compare in the photo that are advertise. Yes even if my eyes are brown and the color will be harder to show on brown eyes. I had order other contacts lens from different company with no problems of color showing. I'm NOT saying you cant see these colors, I am saying the color are off. Giving my honest opinion for possible customer, would I order from them again, no. Because colors are off, long shipping, and lack of customer service (they give you a phone number that NO ONE WILL PICK UP). I also want to add, two of the contacts lens where not the right order.

I try to fit a photo of comparison on the contacts on my eyes, and also the list of my orders.

I received my lenses at a reasonable time I have had no problems with them they're clear to me they're not a defective lens I have no complaints I will order again

I have been ordering from them for awhile and never had a problem(knock on wood). I will be ordering more soon. I love that they are comfortable, looks nice on my dark eyes and they come in about 7 days after I order them.
