“The worst customer service”

This is the third time I have had the worst service from them… I am still waiting for my exchanges they have all the evidence the returns was delivered and signed for but they still tell me they are investigating meanwhile I have paid £140 and no merchandise can't speak to anyone who is based in the U. K. just keep being told they have passed a message onto the area in charge! I have demanded a refund and they say the same thing we are investigating I sent them the proof of postage and delivery and the proof of who signed for it it's been over two weeks now and nothing. This company is an absolute nightmare so sad they don't care about their customers One bra received With lace damaged

I got a couple of bras from Leonisa and absolutely loved them! The quality is amazing, they feel truly comfortable. I highly recommend buying from this brand! The service and purchasing process was great and very easy!

Leonisa has 5-star products that fit well. It is the only brand that improves my silhouette. In addition, my order arrived super fast, only 3 days. I know that this brand is strong in Latin America.

I returned a bra which was $25.20. I read their return policy and felt it would be an easy. NOT! FIRST THEY NEEDED A TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE POST OFFICE. SORRY, I DIDN'T SAVE RECEIPT FROM POST OFFICE. 15 EMAILS PLUS SPEAKING WITH TWO REPRESENTATIVES, THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. NOT! WORDS OF WISDOM ---- DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have been using this brand for over 20 yrs and I have never had a complaint. Their quality is great and it fits amazing. I will recommend this to anyone.

I have placed an order on the 21st of February /Order #*******/.
20 days later I got a text by DHL that I have to pay TAX which WAS NOT advertised anywhere on the whole website. I haven't got much of a choice as I needed my things and I have paid the £38 duty taxes and that is when the nightmare began...
I haven't been delivered my order and I have been trying to get my money back ever since the 11th of March 2021.
I have been emailing them, talking to them over the phone and texting them over their live chat service, however I have NEVER been provided with even a close to satisfying reply. All the 50 times I have spoke to them a manager was never available to speak to me even though the last time I was on the webchat for more then 90 minutes - a manager was never available. Customer Service agents aren't helpful or are not being given the option/opportunity to provide customers with good customer service. I have never been provided to an answer as of 'WHEN' your investigation will end, 'WHEN' am I going to get my money back etc...
It has been a whole disaster of an experience. I am highly advising you NOT to shop from them! You won't get your order or your money back!
Today is the 3rd of April 2021 and I am still pushing it to get my money... Wish me luck!

I ordered a body suit online, being unsure of the sizing i read the return policy which said it was hassle free so i was comforted. I received the product and the description was nothing like the product actually was, the suit was supposed to have an inbuilt bra be comfortable and easy to wear. It was this loose crop to, hardly a bra and the support it describes is just super tight fabric that looks unbelievably terrible. This product was totally crap. When I inquired about returning it i was asked to pay express post snd when i sent it back without express post customer service kept saying they haven't received it. Terrible company

In February, I ordered a total of 7 garments from Leonisa because the company touts their "hassle-free" return experience. When the package arrived, 3 of the items didn't fit, so I promptly packed them up, followed Leonisa's return instructions to a T, paid $20 postage, and sent the parcel back to Leonisa -- using the return label provided by the company.

Approximately 1.5 months later, the parcel was sent back to me because it was *unclaimed* by the company.

April 7 -- I took pictures of the receipts, parcel, and labels on the parcel, emailed the company through the email address provided on the website, asking why they didn't claim my return parcel.

April 9 -- No reply from Leonisa. Attempted to contact them again via their contact form on the website.

April 12 -- Still no reply. Private messaged them on Facebook.

April 13 -- Finally got a reply on Facebook, telling me that customer service will contact me shortly.

April 13 -- Got an email reply from CS, basically saying that they didn't receive the parcel and I should send it to the stated return address. The thing is, I used the return label PROVIDED BY THEM. There's no way I'd sent it to the wrong address. Leonisa didn't receive the return parcel because *no one at the company has claimed it,* as clearly stated on the delivery label.

April 14 -- They once again asked me to send it. Here's the problem: What if I sent it the the same address, only to be once again sent it back to me? Then I'd be out $40 and stuck with things that don't fit, not to mention the extra trips and unnecessary hassle of attempting to get a hold of someone at Leonisa.

Leonisa decided to stop responding altogether. Now, it's clear to me that they simply don't want to accept the return package and don't want to give me a full refund on items that don't fit.

Then and only then had I decided to write a review about the terrible experience -- I always give a company the benefit of a doubt before leaving a bad review.

With Leonisa, I'm sure I'll never shop there, ever again. And I'll make sure to spread the words to my friends and family.

Their return is anything but hassle free. And their customer service is a joke.

Update: Miraculously, I've received yet another email from Leonisa *after* I've started sharing my experience online. Same old, same old. Saying that I should resend it without addressing my question or providing a better solution. At this point, I'm done dealing with them. No point going back and forth and wasting my time with this company.

So I got a pair of high waist leggings a year ago and I absolutely loved. Good compression good quality. Then I just got one for Black Friday and they are completely different. They aren't bad but I could get this even better quality someplace else at better price. The tag is cheap paper like. The one from a year ago has silk tag. With this experience I will not shop here any longer. They put 30% off for Black Friday for this legging and selling different leggings for that money. So really there isnt any discount. The legging I got does not worth 50 some dollars. I'm sorry but it isn't right. For my old legging I would give 5 stars. For the new one maybe a two. I'm sorry but the company lacks integrity. They could have kept the same leggings and put a 5% discount but not make believe they give such discounts and sell cheap quality stuff.
This review is regarding the Black Friday purchase. Good experience in previous purchase. I attach a pic of the two tags. The way the tag is on both legging that's the quality on them too. One looks brand. The other knock off.

Leonisa "claims" that their return policy is a 60-day hassle free, any reason type of policy and your "satisfaction" is guaranteed! But its anything but that! How the hell are you supposed to know if you're satisfied with their product without wearing it, at least ONCE?! They think that you're supposed to know if the bra (or anything else for that matter) will work well for you and be what it "claimed" to be online, WITHOUT wearing it?! I mean if you tried on a pair of shoes at the store and they seemed fine, but once you wore them once or twice you realize they are really uncomfortable, you'd want to return them, right?
They had some lame excuse that if the product had been worn they wouldn't be able to resell it! But that's such bull$#*!, every company has the option to receive any product back and then if they can't resell it, they just write it off! Many companies do this EVERY DAY and have awesome return policies! But Leonisa DOES NOT! DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU! THEIR RETURN POLICY IS A JOKE! If you go ahead and order from them, you'd better hope you love it and it fits perfectly and does EXACTLY what you wan it to, because otherwise you may not be able to return it... especially if you try to wear it once and will be stuck with something you can't use!
