I ordered a dress and Britnee never sent it but kept my money. I waited like 6 months and was patient with her the whole time, we emailed back and forth and she kept asking for things like my address, then would take weeks to respond or I would have to email her multiple times. She eventually stopped responding when I asked for a refund, and she blocked me on instagram when I tried to contact her there so I'm guessing this happens a lot
She is a scammer. I ordered a piece and never got for 6 months. Her excuse was that she did shipped it but never provide shipping information. She said she would ship again for free and never sent those details either and stopped replying to me. Her excuse was that she was a struggling college student. She deleted her profile from Instagram or maybe blocked me... not sure but she robbed me of 170
