Another American company that has gone downhill in the past 10 years after decades of quality work and consumer satisfaction. I ordered tires that were $50 overpriced, and because I didn't know how overpriced they were, I went to get a tire installed only to discover that they had another $50 of hidden fees they planned to tack on to my bill. They forced me to sign a computer terminal without providing me with the invoice to review. They said, "you have to sign before we can print". As soon as the invoice was printed, I objected to all the additional undisclosed charges, and the Les Schwab Tire manager and staff became abusive, screaming at me. When I said I would never purchase tires from a company that not only overcharged for the tires but tacked on $50 in additional undisclosed fees, they stole money from my debit card. When I wrote to the corporate headquarters in Oregon, the company's managers ignored me. In the store I recently visited, every employee but the manager was foreign or illegal. Wow, the end of a what was once a decent company, again. I should know. I bought a lot of tires over the past 40 years from them.

Tip for consumers:
Find another tire distributor. Not all Les Schwab Tires stores are the same, and you may find a decent store, like the one in Escalon, CA.
