This is a total fraud. I lost 500 to this fraudster. The Licence-Exchange is completed fraud. Now we are gathering evidence and reporting the matter to the Police and anti Fraud department in the United Kingdom.

There are many ways to get a driving licence! We specialise in exchanging your existing driving licence or any driving licence you have had in the past! They convince you you and you pay and they stop communicating. Everything on their site is false specially their address. the.me has to sound a ring. They get 500-1000 euros and stop communicating. Have people in poland ukraine with false identities to pick up money from western union and is all fraud. The site changes from. Me to. Site. They continuously change.

By using a foreign EU licence you can usually get away from speeding cameras, parking fines, motorway fees etc. Combine it with driving a foreign car and you will really be treated like a tourist, all fines from infractions in driving laws are lost in the EU post to your mailbox in a foreign country. Even insurance is cheaper than the UK, the car is insured in eastern europe (not the driver like UK), but the insurance certificate is still valid for UK use (it has to be by EU rules). You could save thousands of pounds just on insurance! CARS are insured, NOT the DRIVER. Yes its a different system but means its a lot cheaper.
