They will not send you what you ordered. They will send you a lesser item and charge full price, or the item will be missing parts and half the toy. Two Barbie boats with Barbies were ordered for $34.40 each. They sent me the boat with no Barbie. The boat itself is $19.99. They will not refund you, and if you happen to order it off of Amazon or Walmart, neither will take responsibility for the over charge and wrong product. It's absolutely disgraceful. They knew when they sent the product that it was wrong and missing half the toy. How dare you rob people this way! I will be reporting this to the authorities. BBB. And filing a police report on this company. Cyber theft is THEFT.
