I used to do a couple of thousand dollars of business with this company a year. The order process was never easy, but the linens where decent. That is until this last order. We ordered 90 white chair covers and pink organza sashes. We advised them that they were the typical square back catering chair, They arrived late and with a round top, which resulted in the chair covers were 3 inches too short. The wedding was on New Years Eve and the chair covers came so late we were left with no alternative but to use them. The bride was extremely upset. When I called the company to discuss the owner Rupal, essentially laughed at me and said " Oh, that's too bad" I then asked her to resend me the prepaid return shipping labels because they were misplaced. She said there would be a $45 charge. Essentially, she offered me no restitution for sending me the wrong product and to add further insult to injury she was charging me $45 to resend an email. Poor business practice all around. Spend your hard earned dollar with a company happy to have your business.
