I purchased the software thinking it would be great. But they don't make it clear that after the purchase of the software (which is pricey) you must also purchase a subscription to data feeds. Its not really worth it. I got very little actual results from it and did not find that it lives up to the hype on their website. They say that its easy to use but its not, its complicated and is not well documented. I was guessing for the better part of a year trying to use this garbage set of software (I got the buzz bundle). The only thing it did well was relieve me of my hard earned cash. I don't usually ask for my money back but on this product if there was a way to get a refund I would certainly ask for my money back.

This product has some good features but has so many issues, bugs and problems I really can't use it. Even when the bugs are reported, they don't get fixed. Rank tracker has lost some key functionality in the last update, can't really use it. Under domain strength the number of backlinks (378) is wrong compared to Google (4,263) 1100% difference. Website Auditor for the last nine months has been unable to count the keywords in the body. Updates are pushed out which restart the apps and you lose data. The support us next to useless with a head in the sand approach, it's not our problem. When you prove it is, there is no "thank you we will fix it ASAP". There is no way you can use it in a professional manner as the reports will make you look like an idiot. If you give a report to a client. OH, ignore that because it is wrong, and ignore that and ignore that...

I guess you can tell I am somewhat frustrated. Hence the review. I was really tempted to go for "doesn't get any worse than this" but it does have some good points. But the problems with it make it really hard to use it.

However, their SEO spyglass is just what any newbie in SEO needs... analyze the competition and see what they are doing right.
