I have ordered 2 miners worth 13300 and got an email saying I have under paid (I was not!) and received an email to say that they will contact me in 24 hours. 24 hours later no response so I contacted them for more details, because I felt that this was a scam. They then said that they have received the payment and that they will be in touch in the next 12 hours for another confirmation and shipping date. 12 hours went by. Then 24. No answer. I then messaged them again and have not heard anything. Not a single response. Don't use them unless you want to loose your money.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
Linzhi.com.co are thieves and liars! They cheat people, take their money and later you can't find them.
Two weeks ago, they took my money and said I had never been their client.
It was so arrogant and rude of their site to claim such a thing after the transfer of the money!
Since then I'm trying to return the lost funds, but to no avail until this moment!
If I knew it will lead me to so many troubles, and I will lose so much money and time, I would have never entered the website and placed this order!
I'm suggesting to you, not to follow my steps, because the path is hard and long and these fraudsters will never send you the ordered machine!

Stay Away people. They will take your money and never answer again. This is not the official website, they copied all the info from linzhi dot cn dot com which is the official website of the manufacturer.
I wanted to buy miner for ETH mining and I saw this website, I went to check what they have and I was immediately seduced by their customer support as they presented themselves as the manufacturer of this model.
I saw the Linzhi Phoenix miner which was in stock so I asked some questions and placed my order without hesitation. I waited more than 5 days for tracking number, which I never received, so I sent them an email. I wanted to ask where is my miner. I wasn't answered, waited one more day just in case if there some trouble with their customer support and tried to make contact again and again and this continue till this day.
I tried everything to get in touch with them but unfortunately I can't. I suggest you to stay as far as you can from linzhi.com.co because you will get scammed like me!
