Lise Watier

Don't ask me how long I've been using Lise Watier skincare products, however, I'm looking for a new skincare company. I keep the gift pack containers for travelling and in January I went to Mexico with the Age Control Supreme Revitalising Night Care. It's the first time since 2019 that I travelled to a warm climate with my skin care in tow. I was in shock when I opened the container to find this glob, instead of the nice cream. I contacted the company to ask what could have happened? Was it the heat? What made my cream turn into this? Can you imagine my shock when they said sometimes a product is defective. They went on to say like all businesses it can happen that I would end up with a defective product. They offered a $20.00 on line voucher, saying that's the price of the 15 ml size. Their response makes me think I am not the first to have a defective product, and their lack of customer service was disappointing. It's sad they don't value their customers and take pride in their products.

I placed my order on their website and clicked Process Order. Received the message Error, transaction could not be processed, and the error number. The error was stating that the promo code I entered was invalid. I redid the order and tried to process that order. When I clicked Process Order, I again received another Error message stating that my transaction could not be completed. I assumed that there is a glitch on their website and gave up, thinking I will go and buy the stuff at Sephora. And then surprise - surprise! I receive two emails stating that both of my orders have been shipped! Wow, I didn't know they work at 11 pm and ship orders in a matter of 10 minutes. I e-mailed the company right away to ask them to cancel one of the orders since it was exactly the same order. I received a reply next day stating that they cannot cancel any of my orders as they have already been shipped - Really? They told me not to worry and that I can simply return the order by not accepting the delivery or bringing and returning it for free at Post Canada. Well, guess what, I couldn't not accept the delivery, because it was placed in my community mailbox :) And when I went to return it at Post Canada, they asked me to pay 20$ shipping fee. Really? What about the free return? So, I decided to keep the order and gift it to someone. This was my first and last experience ordering from Lise Watier.

Good makeup and skincare. Their foundation feels great on my skin unlike some other ones i've used. Would definitely recommend giving a try!
