I am U144358 I never had problems with LiteMF until recently. I ordered items from Germany and have them delivered to their warehouse in Germany. Tracking numbers provided by sellers show the item has arrived but LiteMf is denying it. Tracking showed items arrived on the 24th of August 2022 but till now nothing. They are still denying it. Lost around EUR 406! I definitely won't be using their service again!

I ordered some items from ebay and uploaded the invoices. They stated that the invoices uploaded are fake and threatened to fine me EU100. I told them they are original and took a picture of the screen from my phone.
Problem is, order takes more than a month to deliver and another month to register on their system and they take weeks to respond making all the listings and invoices expired (can't be viewed). One item is causing so much headache and they don't answer!
Guys. LiteMF is a Russian company run by Russian Businessmen. Beware. They are stealing all your goods. Don't use their service! Very bad.

Weak customer service, they always lie about shipping time frames. Instead of promised 1-2 times a week shipping, it always departures once a month at it best.
They gave me $4 discount for two parcels to shut up.

I was a loyal customer for almost a year and suddenly they alleged me as a fraud and won't ship any of my purchases ($1500+ in value). I provided all documents and information they asked for but nevertheless they refused everything and then asked me to do some impossible conditions. I believe they just want all of our stuffs and that's it! AVOID AT ALL COST! You won't find any good reviews for this service because it's crap! Well, you'll find some but those were from me! Their only loyal customer! What a shame!

Unfortunately you did not confirm the legitimacy of your purchases. For these reason all the vacuum cleaners was returned to manufacturer. We regret that these conditions of work have caused you inconvenience, but it is not possible to change them.
I shipped a package to LiteMF, it arrived in their warehouse on June 4. It is now July 3 and it still has not been shipped from their warehouse. They are now claiming that it has been shipped, however DHL is showing that it has not been picked up.
The customer service is horrendous, a mail forwarder in somebody's backyard would be better than this. I am beginning to believe that I will never get my package.
Stay away. This is a bad bad mail forwarder.

I have a few packages which are sitting in the queue for a very long long time. One was shipped, but returned back to stock. The support did not answer my tickets. I have no idea what is happening

I do not intend to use the services of this parcel-forwarding company LiteMF since http://litemf.com turned out to be a scam and phishing site.
They in fact do not deliver their client's parcels, they illegally detain parcels containing people's property for the purpose of clandestine sale.
Also, they require scans of their clients' driving licence and/or passport without valid reason.
The payment form on their site is unsafe. This way they get access to clients' credit card data including the secret CVV code.
They block access to their clients' accounts as soon as clients complete the payment form on their site.
They charge their clients' credit card with the maximum amount possible for services they in fact do not perform.
The OFFICIAL authorities in their town advice to block your credit card to withold further unauthorized payments.
They currently still illegally detain clients' property in their warehouse in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Our local friends now obtain a search warrant that will keep their employees busy long enough.

This company will be urged by the OFFICIAL authorities to deliver the parcels containing their clients' property to the addressees, to refund the money they stole from their clients' credit cards and to delete their clients' personal and financial data to prevent further identity theft.

They refuse to ship my package after I paid them $100 even send them my document for verification but all in vain, no live chat no phone calls than to plan or work out to scam customers now i need my $100 even i have my packages been delivered from Amazon upon all i did for verification they still want to scam me but one day cia will get them arrested.
