Little Nancy's

I needed a table thingy for my mums new hobby of cake decorating. After shopping around I saw one on Little Nancy's. Unsure of online shopping I tried to do a little background checking before parting with my well earned money as id not really heard of them before. I emailed their customer services dept and got an almost immediate reply. I was told all i needed to know about the product and was even advised to buy a cheaper one than id seen as they didnt want me wasting money on a top of the range one when my mum was only a novice! I found them really helpful and understanding. I received the item and though it was broken as it was in two halves and i couldnt get it to fit together. I emailed them again and this time a lady from customer services called me straight back and talked me through my order. I had left the seal in the box (completely my fault) Once again amazing customer service, something you dont usually find. I will definitely be using again as I know i can trust them and their reliability.
