Gated community but gates never work, they don't do any kind of exterior light check(s), pool and spa are usually disgusting, they allow residents to have sofas, indoor furniture, and barbecue grills on the patios. At move-out they charge me for charges that didn't apply or not in the lease agreement. I have reached out to Alliance the management company and I can't get customer care or a supervisor to contact me in regards to incorrect charges. So I have to contact the Better Business Bureau BBB to get someone to respond and remove illegal charges.
