“Difficult at first”

At first it was great spoke with Dr got meds I needed, then the meds were not sent to my pharmacist so I called and stayed on hold for hour and 45 minutes. After multiple attempts to just getting seen again I had Dr. C. Lawler call me back he was amazing at helping me with all my needs and getting the prescription to the pharmacy right away, and didnt charge me cause of the trouble I had. I highly recommend him and I'm picky :)

English was so bad that I called life health online back to verify what was actually said and no prescription was written. I was told to do the things that I'm already doing. This is my first experience with telehealth, as well as with live health online, I will never do either one again. Wasted my time and money.

24/7 care is stated directly above where you select a doctor… yet NO doctors are online. When we finally got through the doctor would not help my son with streptococcus and said he needed to go the ER immediately because strep can effect your kidneys. We then call his kidney doctor, who says absolutely NOT! That him going to the ER is unnecessary exposure to other illnesses. He ended up calling in antibiotics.

Tip for consumers:
Careful which doctor you select. Look at their reviews. If there is even more than 1 online to begin with. If you have another option to seek treatment, use it!

Doctor did not evaluate condition, just said oh you sound fine. Never asked about fever or pain from having Covid. These unqualified non caring people are money grabbers, don't waste your time or money. They are useless

Like many others, I spoke with an arrogant unkind doctor who did not listen to my symptoms, would not let me speak and recorded patient notes calling me argumentative as a result. I tried with all my might, despite being seriously I'll, to state my needs and the doctor recommended I eat more protein to cure an infection.

It was great in terms of getting a prescription, but if the doctor orders a lab and is the only one responsible for getting results to you, DON'T do it. You won't be able to contact the doctor, and customer service will tell you they can't do anything other than recommend scheduling ANOTHER appointment to TRY to get YOUR results. Me and my entire office are prevented from returning to work until labs results are in, and the lab confirmed that the results have been faxed to the doctor. Crock of crap.

Unbelievable!
They just completely changed their website.
I had t re-enter all my information from scratch.
The site is very bare now. Where before you could see a list of available doctors, wait times, etc., there's absolutely NOTHING now.
You get an email and a txt message "Your visit will begin shortly. When it's time, we'll send you a link to join."
And then you wait forever until the mighty gods decide to contact you back, with absolutely no time estimates nor any expectations. This online service just regressed about 20 years.

The psychiatrist in Nevada I recently moved to Washington and I needed to continue my Lexapro and propranolol and the doctor refused to help me I won't see a regular doctor until the end of March so now I don't know what to do or how I'm going to get my medication I can't just quit Lexapro and propranolol it's very dangerous

I desperately needed a psychiatry appointment but received this message on the day of the appointment. "Sorry for the inconvenience, but there was an error in scheduling that led you to be booked at the same time as another patient. Please find another time for your appointment, and I will be happy to see you then. You may call customer support if needed for assistance - *******432."

This site is a joke - you have shorter wait times and actually talk to people if you go in. After trying this service multiple times with waits of 2.5+ hours the doctors always cancel. I thought the whole point of this was to help not overload the medical systems for mundane items like thrush, sinus infections, pink eye, croup, etc... well guess what - we will never know. After my last attempt (and these attempts are multiple months apart) I received an email telling me that they completed my visit, um no and now I get to sit on the phone with customer care so I don't get charged.

They made me chase my own tail between the provider and the plan each saying the other needs to pay it or refund it and they were not supposed to charge me upfront to begin with.
Very unethical practice.
It only got resolved when submitted a complaint to managed care department.

This service is terrible. They make you wait in the virtual waiting room for hours and then your appt will get canceled if they don't want to treat your diagnoses. Terribly unprofessional ran business. It's a sham.

I called and was quickly disconnected and the site would not let me back in. They charged my card anyway and now claim the call was 20 minutes long. After many calls to dispute the charges I finally get someone on the line and they say they have to investigate my claim. It's a scam. 100% I do not recommend.

I had made an online therapy appointment months in advance and they had my insurance information. I received an email stating with my insurance, I would only have to pay 5 dollar co pay. When my appt time came, I was asked to verify my active insurance again and they said unable to verify and I would have to pay full price for my therapy session if I wanted to proceed or I could cancel and not be charged. I canceled it and then I received a charge on my credit card for a missed appt.! Do not use this site! If for any reason, you cannot access your online appt., they will charge you.

The doctor didn't let me get two words in edgewise. I know that antibiotics will do nothing to help a virus, but have had enough sinus infections in my life to know when you need something more than rest. He ignored everything I said, just kept yelling at me that I wasn't sick enough, he was so horrible. I already struggle with being afraid of doctors, he certainly confirmed all of my fears.

I wasted money on this and think it should be shut down until there is some compassionate doctors who will actually listen to their patients. What a horrible experience. Like others have said, I'd give them negative stars if I could.

Their billing practices lost me as a patient. My therapist was great but they cost me a lot of money I otherwise wouldn't have spent if they had been timely with their response to my inquiry over a dispute in my copayments. I received conflicting information from their reps and three months later and almost $500 later I was finally updated that they were incorrect and my copayments were much higher than originally discussed. Their billing and "support" are completely inaccessible and completely disinterested good faith business practices.

I downloaded app and signed up for appoutment friday was suppose to be the 5th in line for doctor call... Noone ever called or emailed. That they were sprry or could we reschedule? This happened two days in a row... Dont waste your time... They dont care...

Waited awhile. Then hung up on when I said "hello." Logged on again and waited my turn. Then Dr. Went offline. Logged back on 30 minutes later. Was called within 20 minutes by another Dr. I chose. So, I am probably being charged a few times. Will have to make a call to my insurance for a refund. Wonder how many times these Dr's. Do this profiting. This is my first negative experience with Livehealth.

It was so rushed and the lady was just trying to take as many calls as she could in the day. Was extremely dismissive and was not listening at alp

I told her I had a high fever and she put no fever in the notes.

In the notes, the doctor said ". No respiratory distress or wheeze Sinus: No sinus tenderness. No SOB" when those were the exact systems I was having.

She said cold but maybe a viral infection which are two different things - then provided no prescribed treatment options but just too keep up OTC like Tylenol for having pneumonia and laryngitis and the best part here is I was shaking uncontrollably all day, room was spinning, sweating like crazy, then freezing, couldn't even stand up without risk of falling and the doctor rudely said, " you have a cold, I have a cold too".

This is an example of the medical system preying on people. I hope they are audited and shut down for good.

Today I spent 5-6 hours online and no doctor showed up and it's friday during daytime between 1pm to8pm. I was in queue for different 3 times. And had to wait 2hrs for each and one time page came up with error and second time no doctor showed when it was my turn and third time it didn't bring me online and for an hr it showed 1 patient and next is my turn... and still waiting. I am still waiiting while writing this review and it's more 2hrs with each doctor waiting room..

Docs never call you, they don't answer video chats...totally worthless. You call to complain, and they make another call appointment, but nothing happens. They just jerk people around.

My husband was released from a behavioral facility a couple weeks ago and was told he needed to follow up with his psychiatrist within the week in order to get the meds they gave him extended (it was only a 14 day supply). I made an appointment for him through LiveHealth with the same provider he had already seen just days before his hospital stay. The doctor rescheduled the appointment twice with no explanation. The last rescheduled appointment was for one day before the 14 day mark of his meds so instead I found him a sooner appointment with a different psychiatrist through LiveHealth. A couple hours later, that one also gets canceled! I called LiveHealth to ask what was going on, and she said (rudely) that it's in their terms and conditions that the providers can't prescribe controlled substances and that might be why. Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize it's my responsibility to *guess* why the doctor keeps rescheduling. (Also, why is it being rescheduled at all if they can't help him?) This man is severely depressed and it is so dangerous that they don't provide immediate instructions that they won't be able to help him and he needs to see a doctor elsewhere. Were we supposed to just endlessly reschedule the appointments forever and ever without any explanation? Unreal. I see from other reviews that this is not a one-off problem. Do not use this service. Now we are scrambling to find him an in-person provider that can help him ASAP. Thanks a bunch LiveHealth!

An online arrogant doctor is a formula for disaster. My experience was terrible. I got a doctor who did not care about my symptoms and what I was experiencing. He was the expert and there was no room for trying to understand how I feel.
I have had a cold for about a week now and was starting feel like I might have some type of an infection. The doctor made it very clear that I should not even consider that until 2 weeks have gone by.
The appointment cost me $50. I was on the phone for maybe 2 minutes and I did not get any resolution or information that I did not already have. I felt like his goal was to get me off the phone as quick as possible. I will never do it again. Total waste of time and money.

I have this service as part of the insurance benefits. When I 'signed in", I had to give my info (including my insurance). The system forced me to give a credit card before I could have a tele-visit. It immediately billed me the $59. The doctor visit was very prompt and productive. Great care from the doc. My complaint is that they charged me (when they should not have), and then billed my insurance company again. Double-dipping. I had to contact them, to force the issue. I was told they would do a refund... nothing. I had to call again. We will see if they return the charge this time. Lesson: watch their billing and charges carefully.

Terrible experience. I tried getting an appointment for 10 PM. I move my schedule and at 9.55 I try to login and the provider rescheduled the appointment without any prior notice. I called the company to ask why and I was told by the agent she is not sure. Another strange thing she read out my email on file, which was different than the one they were sending me emails at. The agent told me she doesn't have the email I was getting emails on their file. How can they send appointment related emails to an email that is not on their file? How can I be sure they haven't sent my appointment details to other peoples email ID? I am now more worried of a HIPAA violation than a last minute appointment cancellation. Feels like this company thinks health issues are a joke! I do not recommend
